Although this is still my favorite hotel in the Houston area I wasn’t extremely impressed this stay.  Our air conditioner was blowing hot air so we slept with the balcony door open.   On our final day the shower wouldn’t drain. 
I will still continue to stay here because the staff is excellent and the location is perfect.   And the views are amazing 

As always this was a GREAT place to stay!  Every time I am In Houston this where I stay!!  Staff is wonderful!! Rooms are perfect our balcony had great views!  And the bed was so comfortable!!

The hotel was nice. The balcony was smaller than what the pictures show but it was still a nice room.

The room is big, but the decoration is a bit old. The location is very convenient, and there is a dedicated parking building. It takes less than 20 minutes to drive to Chinatown, and it is very convenient to drive to the highway next to it.

호텔이 갤러리아 바로 옆에 있어서 쇼핑하기 좋은 위치 입니다. 그리고 근처에 맛집들도 많이 있습니다. 
방은 상당히 넓은 편이고 수영장도 좋습니다. 호텔 직원도 친절했습니다. 다음에도 다시 방문할 생각 있습니다.

The hotel is right next to the Galleria, making it a great location for shopping. And there are many restaurants nearby.
The room is quite spacious and the pool is nice. The hotel staff was also friendly. I plan to visit again next time.

前台黑人女態度很差並且胡亂收費，check in時候的小哥哥問好免費的東西她額外收費，問她就是那個男的又不是經理…總之是住過最差的希爾頓就是了。這家停車也是收費的…

The black woman at the front desk has a bad attitude and charges randomly. When checking in, the little brother asked her to pay extra for free things, and asked her if she was the man and not the manager... In short, it was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. There is a fee for parking here.…

Comfortable stay, great room, beautiful view from the room. Location isn't that great  Was on a business trip and with out door meetings wasn't able to utilize the hotel facilities. Moving on to the next city now.

Loved everything about this hotel will definitely be back!!!!!
