Very clean and spacious rooms. Location is fantastic. Also valet parking is available at $35 per night. Value for money. Would definitely go back

Abdul is always a pleaser to talk to. Very prompt! I have always had a great experience at this location. Ivey is very sweet and provides excellent customer service. I’m in Houston at least 1x per month and will continue to use this location……………………,,,,,,,,,,,…..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I guess my only complaint is this app forcing me to write 200 characters????

We've stayed at this hotel many times now but this particular stay was outstanding and all due to the wonderful service we received from Arianna, at reception. We arrived early and she was kind enough to get us into a room right away. Then she went out of her way to change us to the type of room that we preferred. And she did all of this with a smile. Arianna was friendly, polite, very professional and a huge asset to the Hyatt Hotel. Thank you Arianna for making our stay perfect in every way. We appreciate all that you do!

The reception staff is lovely. They are always very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean . Walking distance to the mall and other shops. Lots of restaurants/ nail places around. There’s also free breakfast in the morning I really recommend it.
