The room is comfy and the location is great. But one day a staff knocked my door and opened it but I’ve already put the privacy sign out there so it freaked me out.

We chose this hotel for its central location to all the spots we planned on visiting. And it did not disappoint. The room was very clean. The front desk was courteous and had answers to all our questions. Would recommend the bistro to everyone. Get eats, Great pre game atmosphere. Will recommend to others.

Beautiful structure in a strategic area of ​​the city of Houston. Excellent service and helpful staff, who welcomed me, kept my suitcase in a safe place after check out and helped with every request. Beautiful common areas, with purified water dispenser and always accessible cafeteria area. I highly recommend this structure.

As expected, there was no refrigerator, microwave, or kettle in the room. There are no facilities in the hotel, so if you want to use them, you have to upgrade your room. If you are alone, you don't need them. One thing that bothered me was the amount of dust on the desk, etc. It was not very hygienic. My runny nose got worse in the room.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. The self-service water machine outside the room and the free coffee machine in the lobby are very good. Since I arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., I paid an extra $50 to check in early, which was very convenient.
