We only stayed one night for a concert at MFAH and enjoyed our stay at the Blossom. Super friendly and engaging staff, beautiful large room and other amenities. We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Houston.

It was a little outside of Rice Village which we actually preferred to not be so congested. Beautiful accommodations particularly for the reasonable price.

The room is large; the supporting facilities and equipment are good. It is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer and a kettle that Chinese people like. But my people live
I feel super bad: 1.) I arrived at the hotel on a long-distance international flight 2:30 minutes earlier than the stipulated 3pm check-in time. Jalisa, the check-in service staff, told me very forcefully that if I wanted to check in in advance, I would have to pay US$75💲 There was nothing negotiable room. 2) After finding another service staff to explain the situation and help us check in, they were told that we had to pay 5 days of room charges and a deposit of US$400 (I paid all 5 days of room charges when booking with Ctrip) and needed to check and wait. ⌛️I also actively called Ctrip, and 1 hour and 30 minutes have passed since the check-in procedures were completed. 3.) The hot water was not hot when I took a shower on the first day I checked into the hotel. I couldn’t take a shower and called room service.
