Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center, TX Reviews

This hotel stole $114 from me. I called theml 5 or 6 times to dispute the charge and get a refund, but they kept dodging my complaint, passing it on to another supervisor, never calling me back. They wouldn't even explain what the $114 charge was supposed to be for. And I still haven't been repaid -- over a month after staying there. An investigation will follow. Beware.

The young man that checked me in was unbelievably nice. The hotel room is huge as well as the bathroom. There are many restaurants located close by and the highways were easily accessible. There is a parking deck that you have to swipe in and out of but luckily I was offered free parking since it was my first time to Houston.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great as it’s just right next to Hermann Park and many museums.

Amazing ...

We stayed for one night while visiting our daughter at UH. Was ok for driving distance to UH. All the staff were very lovely and helpful. We asked for early check in and we’re immediately accommodated. Everything is new and very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable. We didn’t have any meals at the hotel so unable to comment on that. The only thing was we weren’t aware of the parking charge ($15) but that didn’t spoil our stay. Great stay for the price we paid!

Great place to stay and it’s close to the museum district! Will be my go to next time I’m in Houston!

Check in process was fast! I love the personalized welcome message flashing on the TV screen when we entered the room. The room was super clean and spacious. The party room and dance floor were large for our group. Food was delicious and service was excellent! I apologize for the behavior of one of our guests which I personally learned few days after the event. I suggest to post an instruction on how to access the parking garage. I had to drive back to the front desk to ask for access.

We rented their function room for the retirement party of my co-worker. It's truly a high-class Inn in terms of its service, cleanliness, food, and customer service. The place is nice/ beautiful and great location. Ms. Hazel Warren -the catering Manager is wonderful, she is very accommodating and professional. Carlos-the banquet captain and other servers of that night are truly hard-working. They are all wonderful, they are the best in everything. I highly recommend this place!
