The room was dirty with a lot of flies; the door lock in the bathroom was broken; the walls and curtains in the bathroom were dirty; the facilities were old and most of the sockets were loose and couldn't be charged; the wifi was also problematic and didn't connect at all the night before No, I talked to the front desk, and it was not resolved until the next morning; check-in and check-out can only be explained to the front desk through a window, even during the epidemic, it’s 2023, and it’s still going on like this...

The service attitude is not very good. We have already booked the hotel online and paid for it. The staff still has to look at my card. I don’t have a credit card, so he still refuses to let me check in. Finally, after some communication with the locals, we were allowed to check in.

Checking in took longer than expected as the front desk didn’t like me using a passport as ID. Room was clean however the carpet had stains, the AC didn’t work (but the fan option did), fridge didn’t work, front door didn’t close all the way and the pillows were way too soft.
The bathroom was the real let down however. As seen in the photos, the towels were stained, floor tiles were cracked and the shower head was caked in lime scale. The bathroom was stocked with half bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
We went out in the evening and left the do not disturb sign on the door, although the cleaners came in and changed our towels anyway which we didn’t like at all.

I lost my ipad there, I'm very fortunate, but the hotel didn't want to help me find it and was very rude.
