Bij aankomst werden we weggestopt in een cosy suite tegen de bosrand in Kerselaar. Wat een oude bende, niet schoon, de lucht was verschrikkelijk, haren in de badkamer, smerig terras met ook glasstukken. Wordt in september vernieuwd allemaal (zeggen ze…) Met kleine kinderen verre van ideaal. Hier hebben we dan ook geen genoegen mee genomen. Na 4 appartementen te hebben bekeken zijn we in Jeneverbes terecht gekomen. Schoon, prima geur. Zicht richting entree en parkeerplaats. Vanaf dat moment niets meer te klagen. In totaal iets kleiner dan in Jabbeke, waren we 2 weken eerder. Fietsen mee, ideaal voor Genk en Brussel. Voor kinderen is Bosrijk wel een aanrader. In Brussel naar Lego Discovery Centre. Super leuk voor de kleine meiden.

Quelle déception, un vrai fossé entre les photos du site et l'arrivée sur site. Bâtiment défraîchi et peu entretenu, accueil inexistant, vive le digital... Si vous ne prenez pas les options, c'est le minimum syndical ... Exceptionnel: à l'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement, se trouve le lit parental et le dressing avec seau et aspirateur : la classe. Dans l'enfilade le lit superposé 3 étages non adaptés à des ados et enfin le séjour, salon cuisine. Lave vaisselle sale avec des restes de couverts. Pour continuer, pas d'étendoir pour faire sécher les serviettes si vous osez profiter de la piscine.... Une table de bistrot et deux chaises sur la terrasse pour un appart pouvant accueillir 5 personnes...

It was a last minute stay so i am very very grateful for that.
But if i had the option and the time to choose to stay here unfortunately i would not like to stay here, bed linen was awful really bad night rest..
No onsite staff presence to deal with the people who where partying into the early hours made it difficult for us to sleep.
No towels to clean yourself after a shower?
Goodluck to the team there but i would not like to return to this site.
I will stress i am very very grateful for the last minute booking.

Dilapidated accommodation. Showers with mold. Kitchen equipment totally inadequate for accommodation for 10 people. Electric heating broken in 2 out of 4 bedrooms. Hot water not even allowing 1 shower. Burnt and faded sofas... avoid!
