Nothing to say other than friendly staff, very clean everywhere. The room was very nice and after a long day of traveling it almost felt like home. The hotel has been maintained well. Highly recommend. This was our 5th hotel in a weeks time by far the best. The breakfast was good. We had stayed in 2 other Hilton properties. Best out of the 3.

We always enjoy our Hampton Inn stays and this one was no different. The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly. There were lots of breakfast choices and the location had lots of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed by the nicest man (Stanley V) whom takes his job very seriously to make sure that each of his guest get the best service possible. He is a very valuable asset to this company. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend coming here and if you are lucky to meet Stanley V., it will be the highlite of your day. Very nice, clean, fairly new hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice selection for morning breakfast. The woman that checked us in that evening was very nice (don't know her name). The next morning we got to meet Stanley as we checked out! Such an impressive human! If we come back through West Plains, we will definitely stay here again!

Even though this location is 5+ years old, it still looks and smells brand new. The evening Staff was totally awesome and very helpful. When I checked out with Stanley V the next morning, he made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my stay. He helped me get breakfast even though breakfast service was over. I would highly recommend this location if you are planning a trip to the area

I stay here every time I work in this area. This is a newer Hampton and it shines. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent, breakfast good. It can seem awkward to get to but the back way into the shopping center lets you avoid traffic

I hate to sound like a broken record, but from the minute you walk through the front door, Stanley is doing his best to make your stay a remarkable time. He goes out of his way to be courteous and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and Stanley was there both evenings. He is an amazing man, and when I come back to West Plains, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

How to start a review of this incredible hotel... I hardly know where to begin, so let's start from the beginning. As soon as you walk in the staff are friendly and helpful, kind to a fault, various amenities are available to you to cover nearly anything you may have forgotten and more than reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful with an incredible view over West Plains, Missouri. And now i can get to the best part, an absolute shining gem of a person named Stanley! Hi Stanley! At every turn Stanely seemed to Make it his Mission to make sure my grandmother and i were well taken care of and never in need of anything, iv met plenty of people in my life but this man took the motto of our state and made it his soul, Stanley, if you read this ill say it again, here in the Show Me state, you are Body, Mind and Soul the embodiment of "Show Me Hospitality!" may the sun smile ever warmly upon you!

Great clean accommodating hotel....but the greatest accommodation here is the front desk representative name STANLEY ....this is a great human being that from the get go makes you feel at home......This man greets you with such a great attitude and right away puts a smile on your face making the stay here immediately wonderful....couldn't ask for a better soul to make you feel at home......Hampton should be proud to have such an employee....keep up the fabulous job Stanley...God bless...will definitely stay here again
