我們還是帶倆孩子出行，然後入住第一晚還沒到，前台會提前打電話諮詢入住時間，有什麼需求提前幫忙安排好了，然後辦完入住還帶着去充電樁去房間，這個小姐姐忘記名字了，真的想表揚一下，每個服務人員都非常，酒店環境非常好，園林風格，我們看了一下好像是同濟大學設計的，我們最後一天就是在酒店逛逛，喂喂魚前台還提供魚食，酒店養護的非常好，房間還乾淨，還提供洗衣粉，我們住的非常放心，如果説有需要改進的地方就是可不可以給洗手枱加個凳子，太高了孩子夠不到，自助早餐樣式不是很多但是感覺很良心，餛飩不像外面買的冷凍的，像現包的，非常新鮮，總而言之一句話就是，非常好

酒店硬件條件非常好，環境也好，園林設計，早起鍛鍊，晚散步好去處！安靜，洋房格局十分舒適。到哪裡玩都方便（4公里左右），早餐也很豐富，停車場超大 ，員工有素養 ，值得推薦的好酒店。最後説一下不足，但不影響5分評價！大堂標記不明確，不知在那一棟樓 也許是我的原因？！地下車庫很大，但找進酒店的入口第一次會有點困難。

沒想到淮安有這麼好的五星酒店，這個酒店就像在一個小公園裡，水系，花草，整體環境很好，服務也很好。不足之處，就是不能在酒店餐廳裏零點用餐。
