阿姨很好，前台小姐姐也很好，住三樓有電梯，對面還有洗衣房，可以洗衣服。出門往前走5分鐘有條街，有吃的還是很方便。

衞生狀況一般，房間裏很多水漬、污漬，查插座壞的沖不上電，熱水忽熱忽冷，隔音效果不好，走廊的吵鬧聲房間都能聽到；除了地理位置離方特比較近之外，其他沒啥優點。
