The second time I came to this hotel, the room was clean and tidy, quiet, the front desk of the hotel and the aunt who cleaned the room were very enthusiastic, the meal ordered outside was too much, I didn’t want to waste it and packed it back to the hotel. I was still worried about not being able to heat the dishes. The front desk lady of the hotel was very enthusiastic to help us heat the room. The service is very warm, and the location of the hotel is also good, parking is convenient, very close to the attractions, about 10 minutes drive, next time I go to Huai'an, I will choose this one.

It's just a five-star hotel. The service attitude is not very good. There is no practical solution. The service attitude is far different from that of well-known and old hotels like Shangri-La. Five-star hotels usually deliver breakfast to the floor. This one only packs some unpalatable bread. The luggage will not be delivered to the floor. I will not come again next time.

My hotel check-in experience on October 25: I booked a non-smoking room on Ctrip, and the hotel agreed (see picture). But when I entered the room, I found a cigarette tray on the table. It was not a non-smoking room at all. The receptionist is very good at cheating: When checking into the hotel and going through the formalities, he asked if he would like to arrange a ”sun room” for you? Of course everyone loves a sunroom. Unexpectedly, after entering the room, I realized that this room was a ”sunroom” with the western sun shining down, and the room temperature was 27 degrees (see picture). The hotel's air conditioners had been turned off at that time. I wanted to take a good rest and sleep in the hotel, but after struggling for a long time, I just couldn't sleep because it was ”hot”.

Located in Huai'an Commercial Center, opposite Wanda Plaza. The transportation is extremely convenient. You can see the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall from the room, the tram station downstairs, two stops to Hexia, and the Qingjiang Puli Canal in 30 minutes. The bed in the booked room is surprisingly large, 2.7 meters wide; the air conditioning is powerful; there is a bathtub; the free bottled water is quite unique, it is Yancheng's seawater desalination product. My aunt gave me a welcome gift in the afternoon, including a Journey to the West blind box, and I drew Tang Monk. The service staff are very polite and actively help solve various problems. In-room dining is not expensive. For dinner, we tasted the hotel's fried long fish and Qin Gong meatballs. The breakfast buffet covers Chinese and Western categories, and the noodle stall provides red soup noodles (you can add your own toppings) and small wontons. Choose one of four tickets for Huai'an attractions: the package you booked includes tickets for Huai'an Government Office, Water Transport Museum, and Wu Chengen Memorial Hall, saving more than 100 yuan. Shen Kun didn't go to Zhuangyuan's Mansion, but the person who bought the ticket said that the picture printed on the exchange coupon was Wu Cheng'en Memorial Hall. Afternoon tea set: There are fruits, snacks, tea or coffee, and freshly made snacks.

Though just a very short one but it was awesome staying at this hotel with their nice, clean, sanitized, and perfect view accomodation as well as staff service and assistance. Would have been better if might be they also have staff to attend to foreign visitors' queries, concerns, etc. Most of the time I used translator app and communication was a bit challenging. Overall and despite so, for me, it's still a highly recommended place to choose and stay upon when visiting Hongze. Xie xie ni and 'til the next visit. 😊😇

Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman. The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb. Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge. It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!
