I made an appointment with my friends to Huainan to play. I stayed at the Atour Hotel Huainan Railway Station. It was late at night when I arrived. The hotel staff was still very good at check-in. They poured a few cups of honey water for us. The two days of rest were also very good. The bedding was very comfortable to sleep. The staff from the front desk to the room to the breakfast room were very warm and kind. They also tasted the local Huainan specialty beef soup in the hotel restaurant. When they checked out in the morning, they left their luggage at the front desk to go out to play. The front desk also prepared a self-cooling drink to bring the heat. What moved us most was that when we came back to pick up our luggage in the afternoon, the front desk lady saw us sweating and offered to propose. If we are not in a hurry, we can provide a room for us to wash and rest. This is something that no other hotel can do. But in Huainan, we really feel the treatment and service of Atour, and it is really planted by Atour.
