Hotel provides free afternoon tea and snacks for guests, as well as supper. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, within walking distance to the night market. The hotel emailed us as we had left some items in our rooms while hurriedly packing our bags. My sister and I were caught in the earthquake on 0403. Thanks to the professional front desk agents, we were able to get to the train station in hope of catching an afternoon train back to Taipei. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 3 hours, we were informed that all trains were cancelled. Our guide, Mason, who took us on the Taroko gorge tour the day before, was super super kind and helpful who went out of his way to rent a car and drove all 7 of us from the tour group to Kaohshiung. We spent the night there before taking the hsr to Taipei. Mason is truly exceptional, authentic and passionate. We are really grateful to Mason. Indeed, we are blessed to have met kind hearted souls in Hualien. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Hualien, Taiwan.

Booked 1 night with breakfast. Opposite hotel has a convenient stall. Night market is few mins drive away. Opposite also has a really nice fried chicken shop. Breakfast spread is fine. Bed seems small for a double.

Location was great. Walking distance to lots of eateries. However, cleanliness could be improved, water dispenser was faulty, shower head was faulty and gym only included 3 cycling machine

The hotel is neat and clean. There are many shops around and the location is very good. Breakfast is also varied and delicious.

It's a little far from the station, but it's about 150 NTD by taxi from Hualien Station. The staff don't speak Japanese, but they will speak to you in English. I really liked how they tried their best to explain things to me. The information in the facility is written in Japanese, so it's not too difficult. It's about a 15-minute walk to Dongdaemun Night Market, but if you go through Sunrise Xiangxi Avenue, it's wide, safe, and very pleasant. It's within walking distance of the downtown area, so it's close to restaurants and shopping spots, and it was a very comfortable hotel. I had originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to maintenance caused by the earthquake, so I stayed at this hotel instead. I had a very comfortable stay and would like to stay here again.

Before check-in, the waiter at the door showed us the parking spaces very clearly and quickly. After check-in, there is a welcome drink and ice cream snacks. We arrived late this time and they upgraded us to a quadruple room. Thank you very much.

The room is as described, neat, clean, quiet, and comes with free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. The hotel has 2 open-air parking lots. Parking Lot 1 is behind the hotel and has 8 or 9 parking spaces. Parking Lot 2 takes a few minutes to cross two streets. The restaurant is next to the lobby, and the breakfast food is quite rich. In addition to breakfast, the restaurant also provides free snacks, ice cream, coffee, etc. at other times. There are also different restaurants and 7-11 next to and opposite the hotel. Wait, quite convenient. Worth 5 stars

The hotel service staff were courteous. As soon as our car arrived at the door, someone came out to help carry our luggage and completed the check-in procedure quickly. The room has a small terrace and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view leisurely. In terms of facilities, there is a children's playroom and laundry room. It is worth mentioning that it has a library with a wide range of books and a bookish feel. As for breakfast, the food quality is good and there are many choices. Ice cream and drinks are available at noon, so you can enjoy them as you like.
