服務人員都很好，但感覺都沒有一條龍的服務，打櫃檯好幾通沒人接、總機沒人接，房間該打掃的時候沒來打掃 Check in 的時候櫃檯擺設說房間沒有衛生用品，詢問櫃台人員也確認沒有備品，都已經買了備品回來，打開抽屜發現有擺… 進到房間以後都過半小時了，要連 Wi-Fi 但房間資訊還沒更新，登入不了 五星級飯店不過服務可能還是兩到三星，要加油

服務應對親切有禮，惟服務細節跟流程還可以再加強，例如住房時介紹飯店有那些設施尚未開放、備品是否提供可以於入住前事前告知、續住無提供房間清潔、清潔後提供的房間備品毛巾有短缺、延遲退房但房務清潔不清楚直接開門進入等狀況。
