Good location and services. It’s about 5 minutes walk to Hualien Train Station (back door). No safe box in guest rooms.

convenience location which is at the back of Haulin Railway Station, it takes around 5 minutes to the hotel by foot. Improvement is needed to the cleanliness of bathroom and toilet

Location, a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station, is great. The management is very kind. The hotel was undoubtedly very popular amongst Japanese travelers in the 70s and 80s for its hot springs facilities in every room. Our room had a rectangular built-in tub about 10ft x 8ft in size suitable for 4 people and nice separate shower. Updating the sleeping area would be a smart investment by management.

The location is located behind the train station. It is convenient to park and dine. The only drawback is that the room has a stuffy smell of dampness. Opening the windows does not help. It is recommended to add dehumidification equipment.

The room is quite clean, but there are some hairs on the floor that have not been cleaned, but it does not affect the quality of the stay. The sound insulation is not bad. Except for the loud noise outside the door, there are basically no people outside, so the impact is not big. The breakfast is delicious.

The rooms are very big

The hot spring pool is very large, and it doesn't matter that the equipment is old, but the toilet was not cleaned and it felt quite uncomfortable. The cabbage for breakfast had many black edges and felt very stale.

I have stayed at Song Zifeng many times. The staff at the front desk are very considerate and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and rich. I will come back next time. Trip booking is fast and much cheaper!

There is a lot of scale in the toilet, but the hot water output is large It's good to take a bath, the service staff is very friendly, and the self-service bar is quite satisfactory. There are few things, and the staff will replenish them immediately. The environment is very quiet, and it is easy to find a place to eat in the alley next door. The only drawback is that the air volume of the hair dryer is too small. Girls with long hair are recommended to bring their own hair dryers.
