Living alone, clean and comfortable~~~service attitude is good

Very clean and tidy, good first impression

Originally I only booked 4 days and 3 nights (2 small beds), but I had to stay for an extra 3 days and 2 nights (2 double rooms). I am very grateful to the reception staff for their assistance, which made my trip very smooth.

The accommodation environment is good and new. It is recommended for those who come to Hualien to check it out. It is close to the city and is conveniently located!! I will book this hotel next time I come to Hualien.

The water pressure is insufficient and the water feels cold or hot. I hope it can be improved...

It's very clean. Although the space is not very big, the air-conditioning is super strong. The comfortable temperature immediately eliminates all the annoyances as soon as you enter. What's thoughtful is that at such a low price, there are instant noodles and drinks. I will choose it again when I visit Hualien again.

This is my first time staying at F hotel. Compared with F hotels in other areas, the equipment in Ji'an hotel really needs to be improved. The air-conditioning is not air-conditioning but a general separated air-conditioning. It will automatically shut down when sleeping in the middle of the night. The parking lot is really small. If you are full, you will have to find a parking space by yourself.

The hotel facilities are very poor. The old elevator panel is broken and has not been repaired. The water temperature cannot be controlled and it goes hot and cold. It is easy to get burned. The refrigerator does not freeze at all and the power is loud when it is turned on. So I turn off the power of the refrigerator when I go to bed at night. The room for two people was too small. Although we were staying in a two-person room, we booked a four-person room for a total of three nights. On the first day we stayed in room 706, I didn’t know whether it was the pressurized motor or the elevator running that made us unable to sleep. We reported it to the front desk and they helped us change rooms that night. , it's a little better than the 7th floor, but the sound is still very loud. Fortunately, I turned on the classical music station on the TV all night and listened to music while sleeping (wearing eye masks and earplugs), but I still hear the sound intermittently. It's really crazy.

The service staff is very kind and will take us to the parking lot. The room was tidy and the welcome service was ok. Unfortunately we couldn't arrive before 4:30 pm, Didn’t enjoy afternoon tea, Personally, I think the bathroom is a bit small. Children find bathing + shampooing very useful for cleaning. Our room type has a balcony~
