Good spa hotel. But no possibility to eat dinner anywhere so tell the hotel until 11:59 am that you want to eat dinner. We were lucky that the put instant noodles in the room. All together good hotel. With some small things like wine tasting pizza cooking and coffee in the afternoon for free (limited pieces)

The water in the hot spring pool in the room will fill up quickly. It is very convenient to soak in the hot spring and the water in the hot spring pool is also very comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly, but the male staff who checked in on the first night was passive and not very helpful. Dinner was a great deal! There are not many restaurants open in downtown Ruisui during the off-season, so it is recommended to add some dinner. The happy hour in the evening has unlimited hand-brewed coffee and red and white wine, which is very cost-effective, so be sure to reserve time to go.

The room is big and the environment is great, surrounded by mountains where you can relax! The service staff will call before check-in to ask if you need transfers and meals. The cooperative taxi will arrive early and notify you by phone. You can get on the bus directly as soon as you arrive at the station, which is very considerate!

Although it was raining, the quality was not diminished. We checked in late but were still politely waiting for our arrival. There was also a paid charging station and no one was trying to grab it from me😁

Check in process was not great as the afternoon front desk attendant at the time gave a poor reflection of the property. Attendant was not friendly to new guests. Disappointed at the level of service provided. However, staff encountered throughout the remainder of the stay was accommodating and polite. Breakfast was very good each day, with different Chinese Breakfast variations each day. Room had plumbing issues such as toilet not having water to flush or water not draining at wash sink. Room cleanliness could improve as we found previous room guest’s used Nespresso Pods still in the room.

The room is spacious and clean, and the service staff is friendly. The above feeling makes me look forward to my next visit.

The living environment is very good. The hand-brewed coffee experience and all-you-can-drink Happy Hour wine are great. The outdoor hot spring pool in the room on the first floor is very comfortable. It is a good place to relax on vacation.
