Good location, next to the train station. Room and services were good

It's a 5-minute walk from Hualien Railway Station. The bed is pretty good but the pillow is a bit flat. The water pressure is moderate, the bath products are from the Chazitang series, and the toilet is not a disposable toilet. It is highly recommended.

The location is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Hualien Railway Station. There is a 7-11 not far downstairs, but it will be quite far from the city for eating in the evening. After the rental time at night, the hotel's bicycles cannot be rented. If there is no transportation, it is more convenient to rent a motorcycle. But the C P value is quite high, and the hotel's breakfast selection is also good.

The service of the lady at the front desk was great! The breakfast was also very good in the same price range, with all kinds of food! The free bicycle service and slow delivery postcards were a pleasant surprise!

The weather was great when we checked in! The standard quadruple room has a good view, but the refrigerator is not cold. On the contrary, the double room faces the alley and has no view. I will consider coming back next time I come to Hualien.

The shower room and toilet are separated, which is a good design! The only thing that can be strengthened is the heavy humidity and musty smell The smell is quite noticeable when you get out of the elevator.

The decoration design of the hotel is good, and the general feeling is quite good. There are many choices for breakfast, both Chinese and Western. A slight drawback is that it takes a long time to turn on the hot water. The kid has already stripped naked and is about to take a bath, but the hot water hasn’t come yet🤣 And the sound insulation is not good. As long as there are passengers with children, they will hear the sound while jumping around. There should also be noise from the toilet drain pipe, which keeps making a sound of running water. When I get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet, the noise becomes more obvious. However, the hotel was very considerate and put earplugs on the bedside table. Maybe it was prepared for this reason 😂 I hope the shortcomings can be improved. If I have the opportunity to go back to Hualien in the future, I will still want to book here!

Strategic location

The CP value is high. The hotel is just outside the station. The breakfast is great and highly recommended. By the way, the building is very earthquake-proof. I checked in on the night of 4/22 and it kept shaking all night.

It feels convenient. The service is also great, and there are many breakfast options (personal opinion). Overall, it is an excellent and recommended place in Hualien. There are also shops that rent motorcycles nearby.

Very bad experience. The room was extremely small. When I got room 1, I asked if this location would be noisy. I hoped for a quieter location. As expected, as soon as I got out of the elevator, the room was directly connected to the room. The receptionist felt guilty in a low voice. Said no. The toilet faces the window, not a forest or a place where others cannot see, but faces the road, and the door is only half-way, not airtight. If there are people traveling with you, please ask them to be patient if they want to use the toilet, as it will fill the whole room. The bathroom is not airtight. If the air conditioner is turned on, you will feel cold wind pouring in while taking a shower. The carpet was dirty and the walls were stained. The air-conditioning panel is also broken, and the numbers have to be guessed. On the day of check-out, other guests complained that they were naked in the room, but the service staff barged in. This should not be a stupid mistake made by a well-known chain brand.

Breakfast is divided into time periods and limited to one hour, which is not convenient! The room partition 𣎴 is square. It can only be said that it is for efficient use of space. In fact, it is also very careful. However, the elevator is small and difficult to wait.
