We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). The hotel is near the Hualien train station. Environment is nice. The room is very big. Breakfast is buffet style, very delicious and nice. Overall quite good.

In my opinion, Parkview Hotel is one of the nicest hotel for families in Hualien. The deluxe family room we booked has 2 queen beds and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is nice, with a good collection of traditional ********* congee breakfast and international selection such as omelette station, salad, etc. There is a dedicated indoor haven for children with all sorts of games from go cart, different kinds of video games, etc. There's indoor pool, gym, pool table, etc for adults. There's also a coin operated laundry machine and dryer.

The homestay is very comfortable and new. Although there is no kitchen, we are not open anyway. There are KTVs to sing, and there are electric mahjong tables. It is also very close to the city. It is very convenient to buy things and the price is very real.
