衞生特別差 毛巾床單發黑發黃，床上全是頭髮，衞生間紙是半卷的，馬桶水是黑的，垃圾桶裏有痰 從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，打電話問前台，態度惡劣説不可能每個客人都用新毛巾，總會舊的 毛巾被單就掛在院子裏，跟我説消過毒 跟網上圖片完全不符合。入住的時候説按金可以發紅包，退房的時候，特別惡劣，説退不了衹能現金，要不然你就等核完賬再給你退，我説你先用你的微信給我退，後面核章也不影響，態度特別惡劣，我拿什麼給你退！欺騙性消費，按金不能原路退回不能發紅包為什麼要説可以，還態度那麼差，我自己就坐過酒店前台，能不能退我還不知道，真的巨噁心，千萬別去。怎麼好意思100塊的
