The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries. We were allowed for late check out at 3pm. The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough. I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥. Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now. The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue. We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

I want to find a homestay with a swimming pool and find this one. It should be a newly built homestay, with more than a dozen rooms and a restaurant, all private rooms. Do not enter the swimming pool, it is too dirty, spiders and insects are all in it. It is recommended to come again next year, still planning, many are not too perfect.
