6 floor cozy hotel, cleaning everyday. Ashtray in the room but we don't smoke. Smoke feels in the toilet. Bathroom and toilet made very accurate. Fresh eater bottles renewed, have a kettle and the teapot. But no tea! Neither tea, nor coffee in the room. The young lady at reception was extremely helpful to assist with transport, directions and travel advise. In general, all the staff were v helpful. Rooms were clean and the smart features were a value-add to the hotel. Lotsa amenities and restaurants within walking distance. We left our luggage at the hotel while we climbed huangshan. Location was within the huangshan scenic area which was right next to the transport hub (see image) to the huangshan cable car stations. That made it v convenient if U’re climbing huangshan but posed some confusion to taxi and private-hire as it’s within a gated compound. But all tat aside, We’l definitely return again is we visited huangshan in future.

Personally, I think there are two things that can be improved in terms of the room: (1) The sanitary conditions of towels, quilt covers and other supplies still have room for improvement. (2) The hot and cold water in the bathroom shower is not easy to adjust. 4. When checking out, the beautiful lady at the front desk gave free hiking supplies, snacks, trekking poles, and raincoats (all of which came in handy) 5. There is another interesting little story: The hotel offers free parking, but it made an mistake and charged me 60 yuan for parking. However, before I could report it to the front desk staff, the staff who charged the parking fee came over. He said, I see you are staying in a hotel, and parking is free for hotel guests. He took the initiative to refund the money to me! It's also my fault that I asked if there was a parking space and didn't say I was checking in. From this little thing, it can be seen that the hotel's service is quite good!
