The young lady at reception was extremely helpful to assist with transport, directions and travel advise. In general, all the staff were v helpful. Rooms were clean and the smart features were a value-add to the hotel. Lotsa amenities and restaurants within walking distance. We left our luggage at the hotel while we climbed huangshan. Location was within the huangshan scenic area which was right next to the transport hub (see image) to the huangshan cable car stations. That made it v convenient if U’re climbing huangshan but posed some confusion to taxi and private-hire as it’s within a gated compound. But all tat aside, We’l definitely return again is we visited huangshan in future.

Helpful staff with good hiking arrangement to Huangshan, very good location just right at south entrance gate. Highly recommend to all my networking.

The hotel road access closed at 10pm because it's inside the bus station so you need to call the hotel for them to send someone to open the gate. Fortunately a local called for me as they only speak chinese.

This hotel is so well designed. I like that the toilet, shower room and vanity sink are all separated. Everything is controlled by buttons. Very spacious room with two nice beds and chairs. The front desk lady recommended that we join a Chinese speaking VIP tour group, which saved us a lot of trouble for purchasing tickets and finding the best routes.. we were able to take two most popular cable lifts and see several famous scenic spots in Huangshan in one day.

Really nice Hotel, with friendly staff and right next to the Transit area for Mount Huangshan. The rooms were clean, there was a nice selection of entertainment of the tv for the children after a whole day of walking. I would recommend this Hotel.

The name of the hotel is different. Its actually not an Holliday inn - therefore not findable on the map or with Didi. Beside this the hotel is very new, modern and directly at the bus station where you want to depart early in the morning to the mountains. But in the evening it might be a bit harder to get to the city center in the evening.

The location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk to the transfer bus to the park entrance. The staff were really helpful. They gave us recommendation and suggestions for the route we should take. The room is spacious and the bed are very comfortable.

Across the street to the shuttle station to go up the mountain. They called airport service for us and taxis for us. Gave us great advice for visiting the mountain.

Very convenient location opp Huangshan ticketing office.lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby. Staff need training in customer service - very disinterested especially the girl with cats eyes contact lenses. That girl didnt seem inyerested in her work. Our questions about security of luggage were not answered - merely pointed to open room near exit and told us to stack our luggage ourselves, didnt wven bother to look up. Only Fang Qi showed interest and made an attempt to be helpful when we return to collect luggage after touring Huangshan.

It is right opposite the bus terminal for the Huangshan bus. very convenient in that sense but also why it is inconvenient. When we arrived around 7pm the gate to the transfer center was closed and the taxi could not drop us in front of the hotel so need to lug bags about 50m upslope. restaurants r also outside. very basic hotel, no breakfast. rooms r very nice. two big beds. staff were nice, let us keep our luggage and they also found a t shirt we left in the room and helped keep with our bags.

Would definitely recommend for foreign travelers as this hotel is right directly on the bus station where you a arrive from huangshan railway station and leave to the huangshan scenic area. although there have been some language barriers with the staff, they were very nice and tried to help. highly recommend and would def. book again. rooms are clean and big and very beautiful designed.

方小姐 hospitality was amazing, helped arranged a transport from our hotel to other attractions. she also recommended routes for Huangshan. highly recommended since location is close to the bus station

The stay in the hotel was very nice. It is directly located at the scenic area of Hiangshan and therefore great for hiking. The staff was super friendly and spoke good english which made communication much easier.

Conveniently located opposite bus transportation hub, this newly refurbished hotel is only a stone throw away from all fabulous eateries and supermarket. The boys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
