Very recommended. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Good location within walking distance to Huangshan scenic area, lots of restaurants and minimarts nearby. The hotel itself is superb. We stay at a family room for 3. The room itself has 2 storey with spacious toilet and a sofa, and a double bed and a single bed upstairs. Breakfast is tasty with various local dishes but the same kind of food in our stay for 2 days there. The hotel provides free 24 hr laindry room with commercial washers and driers.

After a long and tiring day, the check-in process was a pleasant surprise with a warm smile from the staff. Both the room and reception area were impressively modern and clean. Upon checking out, the positive experience continued with friendly staff who greeted me with smiles and even shared a few laughs. To top it off, I received a thoughtful gift of local cookies. Overall, it was a delightful stay with exceptional service!

When I arrived at the room, I found that the door was open. I felt very unsafe. Doesn't the open door mean that anyone can enter the room at will? Then when I entered the room, there was a strong smell of formaldehyde from decoration. I guess the shop opened the door to let out the smell of decoration. The sound insulation was average and the hygiene was average. Atour had the worst experience.

The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The transfer center is 300 to 400 meters away. There are places to eat downstairs. I went to Huangshan the next day and left my luggage in the hotel. After staying one night on the mountain, I went straight to pick up my luggage.

My first stay at Atour was very unpleasant. During my stay, a package of small ceramic ornaments disappeared after the waiter cleaned the room. The children bought the small ceramics from Jingdezhen after studying with their teachers and classmates. They were wrapped in tissue paper from the previous hotel. It was packed in a transparent garbage bag. When I checked in, I took it out of my schoolbag and put it in the black cabinet. After the waiter cleaned it, it disappeared. The hotel's reply was: I asked the waiter and he said he didn't see it. He said it was a trash can in the garbage station. I've looked for it but can't find it. This thing is just unlucky for us. The employee made a mistake and threw it away as garbage, leaving the customer to bear the loss. The items didn't cost much, about 130 yuan, but they were all paid for by the children who worked hard and spent time in the high temperature. Ctrip responded that Ctrip compensated me 80 yuan to buy a small toy for my child. The hotel continued to shirk its responsibility. Please keep your belongings when you stay in the hotel in the future. Don’t let this happen to me. Will you be asked to prove that the things are in the house? We didn't care, the waiter had the final say, and we didn't see anything.

The room is very smart and the service is pretty good. However, for some reason the air conditioner in the room we stayed in could not turn on the low temperature at night (it will not cool down if it is below 26). As a result, we felt very hot when we slept at night and did not sleep well.
