Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei jeder Frage oder Anliegen hat er uns sofort geholfen. Die Kommunikation war über WeChat oder mit einem Übersetzer, da die Menschen vor Ort kein Englisch sprechen. Der Service war daher ausgezeichnet.
Leider war unser Zimmer bei Ankunft eiskalt und die Heizung brauchte mehrere Stunden bis es wärmer wurde. Im Allgemeinen war das Gebäude eher kalt. Unser Badezimmer war leider auch nicht sauber bei Ankunft. Wir mussten die Toilette eigenständig nochmal säubern, da dunkle Flecken auf der Klobrille waren.
Zum Frühstück bekamen wir Nudeln mit Pak Choi in einer Brühe, was zwar sehr lecker war, aber eben kein Buffet, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Auf Nachfrage kümmerte sich der Besitzer dann noch um Obst und Eier, was sehr nett war.
Alles in einem können wir die Unterkunft bzgl. des Service empfehlen. Allerdings ein paar Abzüge bezüglich Sauberkeit und der Kälte.

The hotel facilities are OK, but they are quite old. The water in the bathroom takes a long time to heat up, and the hair dryer was burned out before use. The boss gave us a spare one. The service attitude was really good. He also gave us a guide at night and sent us to the transfer center in the morning.

I recently stayed at Yunhailou Hotel and was quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient as it is already situated within the Huangshan scenic area. This made our sightseeing and hiking plans much easier to manage.
The highlight of our stay was the excellent service provided by the receptionist. He was very accommodating and gave us a recommended hiking trail map for climbing the Huangshan scenic area. He also recommended a shared vehicle service to take us to and from the foot of the mountain, which was extremely helpful.
The only downside to our stay was that the facilities were rather old. The heater from the air conditioning unit didn't warm the room adequately, and we experienced problems with the shower on our first night. Fortunately, the hotel staff fixed the shower issue the following day.
Overall, our stay at Yunhailou Hotel was pleasant, and we appreciated the convenient location and exceptional service.

I thought it was a quiet little village, but in fact it is just a busy and noisy road with a few hotels on the side.
The hotel offers a free transfer to the mountain at 7am, really very convenient.
The window in my room was a kind of opening stuck to the ceiling that offers no view and that let in the noise of the vehicles and the cold.
