Hotel is located very conveniently near the river and 5 min walk from Tulxi old town. You can get a public bus to/from Huangshan North Railway station. Heater wasn't working but the staff was very accommodating and gave me the portable one. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Will stay again here.

Hotel service is very good. Front desk staff, especially Chloe, is very helpful. We requested for non-smoking room and they explained there’s no non-smoking floor in the hotel but they can clean up the rooms off smoke scent before handing to us. On checkin, they personally showed us to our room and asked that we inspect it before accepting. No request is too small. When we told them the room felt cold, they sent someone to help adjust the heater for us. We had a great stay!

Stayed here for a night before going up to Huangshan. Hotel was quite near the walking street and the buffet breakfast spread was extensive and tasty. Hotel room is spacious and comfy even though it appears to be quite old.

Hotel is close to Liyang and Tunxi old streets.

Pretty awesome. Clean. Double standard room seems small maybe enough for two people. It was one traveller so it was ok. Bathroom doesn't have enough amenities so carry your own if can. Food was 6/10. Rooms 8/10 and location was 10 mins walk from tunxi old and liyang street. So good stay overall

For the price to get the five stars hotel it worth every pennies you spend on.

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at "SWEETOME Hotel", but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

The rooms were clean, convenient location, walking distance from the night market, food street and bar street. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We had a wonderful experience and definitely would choose this hotel for the next time too.

Taoshe Resort Hotel Yuyaochang Branch has a superior location and elegant environment. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, making people feel comfortable. Special mention to the staff Xiaolei, who is professional and enthusiastic and provides guests with an excellent stay experience. Highly recommended!

An old hotel, quite standard, with complete facilities, good hygiene, good service, and a rich breakfast. Tunxi is at the doorstep and less than two kilometers away from Tunxi Old Street

I bought 2 packages through Ctrip ~ I stayed for 4 nights with breakfast + 2 meals. It's cost-effective. - The front desk staff is very professional and friendly, and the check-in procedure is fast and efficient ~ Xiao Zhou upgraded us to a deluxe business room. I also gave a souvenir ~ Huangshan sesame cake. - Xiao Zhou at the front desk, Xiao Zhang & Xiao Tang, the lobby manager, are warm and thoughtful. When we encountered problems with the meal, Xiao Zhang, the lobby manager, handled it politely and professionally at the first time, making us feel satisfied and comfortable. When we left the hotel, Xiao Zhang, the lobby manager, also prepared a Huangshan picture album for us as a souvenir. When we left the hotel and encountered heavy rain, Xiao Zhang also specially held an umbrella for us and sent us to the taxi. Thank you very much! - The room attendants are warm and polite, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the cleaning service is good. - The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast - The service staff in the restaurant are friendly and serve dishes quickly. During the period, there was an unpleasant situation with a meal in the set meal. The next shift and the restaurant manager were able to handle it sincerely, professionally and politely and also sent souvenirs. It made us feel satisfied and comfortable. - The guest rooms are well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the overall stay experience is great. - The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It is close to Tunxi Old Street and Liyang Lane, with many dining options. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also good value for money. - Smile is always the sunshine of customers. The professional and friendly smiles of the hotel staff make our accommodation experience more warm.
