黃山沁漫度假酒店，很舒服，特別是私湯，房間設施也非常棒，酒店還升級了房間，慧慧管家服務特別棒。酒店有桌球室和很大的餐廳，很適合出遊休息聊天，房間也很新，登山杖雨衣鞋套免費給，酒店也會安排接送，下次再來黃山值得在這多待一下

先説説優點，房間很大，有地暖，私湯是特色。房子硬件沒有問題，硬件這塊和五星酒店對比還是很有性價比的。
缺點也説一下吧，問題主要出在人員管理上。進入房間床頭櫃上有沒打掃乾淨的食物殘渣，床單有污漬，浴衣是臟的，塑封的拖鞋裡面有一根捲毛。阿姨過來之後用手簡單摟了一下桌上的殘渣，弄到地上，抹布都沒帶。床單和我説是洗布草的公司機器生銹了弄到床單上，經常這樣，然後問我：“那你還要換吧？”。任何一個同價位的酒店培訓過的人員應該都不會這麼説話。私湯是有壁爐的，和阿姨説帶個打火機過來，我自己點壁爐，阿姨把不情願三個字就差寫臉上了，和我説：“這個點起來麻煩的，煙大，我沒有打火機”之類的，總之就是不想幫我拿打火機，也不想收拾壁爐，我再三要求下才去拿。退房的時候伴手禮我不問不給，不是捨不得，畢竟不花前台自己的錢也不值錢，可能就是想着客人可能不知道有，自己省點事吧。退房的時候前台端着飯碗在大廳裏站着吃，老闆應該是想對標星級酒店的，這樣就不合適了。整體感覺人員管理是很鬆散沒有任何專業度的，有待加強。（我住的其他好點的民宿或者酒店，入住會告知早餐開餐和收餐的時間，這邊是早上微信問了一下，我還在睡覺，我十點回復説要的時候，前台説已經沒有了，我有點奇怪，因為入住時候前台説早餐是按人頭提前準備的，那十點鐘的時候提前準備的早餐上哪去了？其實入住的時候提前告知一下更好，客人可以自行安排時間）

酒店房間很舒服，不過温泉就是有點牽強，應該是山泉水加熱，算不上地底下冒出來的温泉。其他都可以，服務也好，早餐也很好，尤其是早餐阿姨很熱心，特別讓人舒服！
