一言概之，能找到這家民宿真是一次極大的驚喜！非常愛這家。房子新建，卻嚴格按古式修建。真材實料的建材，給予的質感是無可比擬的。一切都乾淨整潔而雅緻。管家林姐非常親和，彷彿自家姐姐了，飲食起居照顧的很好。房東應該是非常有品味又周到的人了，早早就建立微信聯繫，安排好一切，還幫找了可靠的代價，把我們的車從黃山北門開到南門。一宿無夢，睡的出奇的舒服，比在自家睡眠質量還好。我家有潔癖的先生也休息的很好，第一次來訪中國的歐洲老友對房子贊口不絕，甚至想念。我說下次再來，讓你還住這裏。

Hotel is newish. There’s a no-smoking sign in the lobby near the lounge but unfortunately we caught a man smoking right under it. He stubbed out the cigarette when I pointed to the sign.
Room is spacious and generally clean but there was pee smell in the toilet. The breakfast was good. DIY laundry is free.
I do recommend this hotel and would love to try other Ji Hotels too.

The hotel is in the center of the city. Contact the front desk in advance to tell you how to park. The room is clean and tidy. There are many restaurants opposite. It is very convenient. The hotel was originally a nursing home of the Maanshan Iron and Steel Company. Although it is a bit old now, the style of the past can still be seen. I was very satisfied with the room. Because I stayed there during the National Day holiday, the price was a little expensive, but I felt great staying there! First, it was right at the entrance of the highway, which was very convenient. Second, it was a 33-minute drive from Huangshan Mountain and very close to restaurants in the city! Third, I could see the designer's care, and every detail was carefully designed, from the decoration at the entrance to the decorations in the lobby and the decorative paintings. There was a children's play area, an adult reading area, a tea area, and a bar area. I highly recommend it!

I came to the small village to avoid the city on May 1st. The overall feeling is quite good, quiet and leisurely. The children like duck boats and kayaks very much. They are also obsessed with playing billiards.
The service experience of the homestay is also very good. Take the high-speed rail to Huangshan West Station. The homestay will pick you up and send you. The restaurant dishes taste good. I like stinky salmon and bullfrog.

I was going to Taiping Lake during the holiday. I chose this homestay. It was very good. The room was clean and spacious. The comfort of the stay was very good. The environment was very quiet. Prior to stay, the staff are very prompt in helpful Q and A. Services are exceedingly good, excellent and accomodating. All staff are friendly, approachable, and careful to details. Sharing local culture and history, and place of interest. Outstanding concierge service.
Our stay include Tea appreciation, sumptuous dinner (2 choices), and hearty breakfast (2 choices). We were given complimentary drinks at bar, and alternative dishes to met dietary requirement. Very useful that hotel provide Hotel-Train station transfer. service, and other short distance ride to Huangshan hiking entrance (saved a lot of time).
Staff helped us booked our Cableway tickets which saved us time to queue for tickets and avoid buying wrong tickets.
Very spacious open concept, clean and modern room and furnishings like king size bed, large Sofa, round Table TV. Balcony with lush tranquillity view of nature full of mountainous greenery and waterfall. Sound of nature (cicada) and fortunately room comes with good sound proofing sliding door.
Bath tub, shower area, and WC with build in sensor and biget spray. Standard Amenities are provided. Electric source is China 2-pin 3-pin plug standard and USB.
Hotel is located within the Huangshan park (?). Saving us time in getting clearance at Park security office as the Driver brought us through the security checks with ease. We felt like VIP.
Hotel is a short drive away to nearest cableway (called ‘hot spring’ cableway etc.). Do bring rain coat as weather up in the mountain is unpredictable. It rained when we reached up at ‘Yuping’ cableway. Hotel staff offered us rain coat.
We have a skilful driver to transport us safely form our Hotel-Train station transfer.

GGuest UserThe Baiyun hotel is located in the middle of the huangshan mountains and one of the best hotels to spend the night on. You can hike to two peaks to see the sunset and sunrise. They are 15-20mins away if you walk at a normal pace. You can take two different cable cars up the mountain and walk the rest of the way to the hotel (Yungu, Yuping). We took the Yungu Cable Car and, with a little detour, arrived 2,5 hours later at the hotel (1h pure walk time. 270m elevation). The service is outstanding with a dedicated service member who can answer all your questions over Weechat. Our contact person, Ji, answered every question we had within minutes. Very clean room, and they provide you with slippers, toothpaste, etc. and also shoe heaters if your shoes get wet.

The staff readily provided us with a WeChat contact, offering to drive us to and from the Huangshan mountain trail entrance as well as happily providing recommendations for the local town. After being caught in the rain on the last day after we had already checked out, we were immediately accommodated to dry off in one of the rooms before our evening train. The hospitality and generosity was 10/10 and much appreciated! I have multiple friends who chose to stay at the 0517 Hotel while visiting Huangshan, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

XXuelangyiAs an authentic Huizhou native who left home when I was young, I came to Hongcun and met Zhang Gongguan for the first time, but I was amazed by the whole ink painting Qingming. After walking through the streets and alleys, I finally found the low-key house number. I opened a small door and opened a paradise. The antique Ming and Qing Dynasty old houses, restored in the Hui-style style, and simple and elegant furniture make people feel like they have traveled through time and space and returned to the prosperous ancient Huizhou of the past. In the front hall and back yard, the centuries-old mottled walls are paired with the black and white colors of Qingming rain, but it also has a sense of vicissitudes like ”in the old days, when kings went to the hall and swallows flew into the homes of ordinary people”, it was as if they were in a Chinese ink painting. This is an old house with a history of 300 years. It is located in the core scenic area of Hongcun. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Moon Marsh. There are many types of guest rooms with different styles. Almost all of them feature Chinese retro style. The carved wooden beds, wooden couches and dressing tables are all antique designs. The calligraphy, paintings and porcelain in the room highlight the famous Hui school. The door is an antique wooden door latch. key. The facilities in the bathroom are absolutely high-end. Dyson hair dryers and Hermès bath products are both rich in history and considerate. The owner lives with his guests and has four cats, several courtyards, and a beautiful swimming pool. The guests can drink tea and relax while leaning on the garden view. The butler's service was extremely attentive. He asked about the soundproofing at night, prepared a heart-warming breakfast in the morning, took our luggage all the way from the parking lot to the CI, dragged our luggage up the narrow stairs of the old house, and used a small electric donkey to carry our luggage again before we left. Return to the parking lot. I want to say here that the wooden stairs in the old Hui-style houses are narrow and shaky, and the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. If you come to immerse yourself in the old house life, don’t complain and pay more attention to yourself. In short, this place really made my impression of Hongcun become more beautiful and full of nostalgia. It is undoubtedly the best private hotel in the village, and it feels like a dream that I will never wake up from.

AAnonymous UserIt feels especially suitable for self-driving, with mountains and rivers, and a stream at the door, where you can go rafting in summer. The hotel room is very clean and quite large, with a terrace. The owner raises stream fish, and if you stay there, you can ask the owner to braise the stream fish, and the white thick soup will be delicious. The wild fruit tofu is also very delicious, and I basically finished the whole plate. At the end, the owner also gave us a big pumpkin (originally my mother wanted to buy one), and arranged for us to park the car at the foot of Huangshan, saving us money.

PPaul. SGood location, not too far from Tangkou bus transfer terminal. When we arrived here, we asked a local to help us call them and they immediately sent a car to picked us up. Transport to and fro Tangkou bus terminal was free. The room was clean, facilities good, separate toilet/bathroom. Building not so new but facilities well maintained and clean. Breakfast was Chinese style buffet, simple but adequate. Service from all the staff from front desk, the boss, the driver, the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady were excellent. I stayed in 5 hotels during this trip to China and this hotel provided the best service. The driver even helped us to get a direct transfer to our subsequent Tunxi hotel, without us getting fleeced. I believe the hotel, restaurant and adjoining mini-mart are all family owned.

Didnt like that there is no proper door to bathroom and basin, ezpecially at night.
Hotel provides free transfer to Huangshan main entrance and pick up too, and even give out Shao bin
like the decor and service and friendliness of staff.
Dining is nor expensive, comparable to restauranta down the street.

VvanThis hotel is a gem in Tunxi that I found on Trip.com. We regret not staying here for 2 nights at the start of our 4 day trip in Huangshan at the start of Chinese New Year in Jan. 2023 because it is near the Huangshan Bei (North) high speed train station (25 min drive by Didi) and an easy travel to the Yungpu cable car (about 45 min.) to access the mountain. I contacted the hotel and connected on Wechat and the English speaking receptionist Xiao Xi (he is an amazing host and an ambassador for this hotel) answered my questions and sent me the taxi/Didi location. When we arrived we received a warm English welcome and an unexpected upgrade to a spacious gorgeous, already heated room with a huge bath, and shower overlooking the river. Our original room price included breakfast, which was a mix of Chinese and Western choices. I recommend trying the preserved tofu. First time I tried it; it resembles blue cheese, and is surprisingly tasty. We loved the Japanese style design of the hotel. The hotel is situated conveniently near the promenade adjacent the river, Luping cobbled stoned shopping street and Tunxi ancient street. Xiao personally guided us to these streets and made some dinner suggestions. We decided to have dinner at the hotel and had a lovely meal of sushi and ramen. The hotel has many areas designed for guests to relax inside, and outside where you can have cups of tea on the house. It also has a library room where you can relax reading a book or just have a cup of tea. They also offer tea ceremonies which is included in the room price. The swimming pool is an added bonus if you visit in summer. The promenade and shopping street can be accessed from the gate at the outdoor seating area on the roof as well. I definitely recommend staying a night or two in this beautifully designed hotel with friendly staff and service in English and Chinese. The locals were friendly and a sandwich and coffee at the FFFFF café is a must. It is one of the most delicious roasted sandwiches (we call them jaffles) I have eaten in China. In the evening you can visit one of many wine houses, clubs or bars in Luping or Tunxi Old street, or just walk around and enjoy the scenery. We don't regret visiting in winter. It was chilly outside but we experienced windless days and nights making it a pleasant experience walking around.
