When I come to Huangshan, I always stay here. The newly renovated environment is very good. There are many places to eat around. It is also very close to the old street. The rooms are also newly renovated and very clean. The space is relatively large and suitable for couples to date. The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. ❤️

The price during May 1st is moderate, the location is good, the old street is very close, the room facilities are general, the parking is not convenient, the parking space at the door is small, but the hotel can be parked diagonally opposite the Zhong'an underground parking lot, the hotel front desk can scan the code discount, pay 15 yuan, acceptable. Overall not bad.

Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Perfect stay in this amazing mountain. The hotel is well located. Staff is really available to make the stay comfortable. Hotel has all services you need, you forget that you are on the top of a mountain with no access by road. Good job to all people who carry all the stuff on their strong shoulders ! Room was clean, very confortable bed. On the morning the hotel organize a sunrise tour and you have a special jacket in your room as it is quite cold in the morning. The food is great with plenty of delicious choices. I highly recommend.

We arrived at hotel wet n cold after hiking on a rainy day. We booked a triple bedder room at B block not knowing that it was away from main building. The hotel staff 纪洁was quick to react and switched us to main building as B block was 5 min away. At 11am, they let us check in so we could change into dry clothes. During the stay,,纪洁attended to us with care and warmth, sending us snacks and fruits, giving us weather alerts to see sunrise n sunset. The room is clean and spacious with comfortable beds n good quality pillows n duvet. Batyun meets our needs during our 2 nights stay n we are happy to recommend to anyone. Location is middle of Huangshan so easily accessible to hiking trails. From Yungu, we hiked the east or back mountains to reach Baiyun. It took us 3 hours. On the day it snowed, the hotel even provide us gloves n crampons n urge us to be careful. What a fantastic service from Baiyun and the staff. Thank you 纪洁for taking such good care of us.

We had an absolutely delightful experience during our stay at this Airbnb! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. As cat lover myself, I was thrilled to be accompanied by their three adorable cats, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. The room was clean, neatly organized, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast prepared by the owner. What made our departure even more special was the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for us on the day we had to catch an early train. The convenience of having access to drivers associated with the Airbnb made exploring nearby townships a breeze. This thoughtful amenity significantly added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Should I find myself back in Huangshan, there is no doubt that I would choose to stay here again. This was my first visit to the famous Huangshan. My tour agent helped us book the entrance fee, cable car, and electric bus tickets. We needed to show our passports at every entry or boarding point, as the electronic tickets were linked to our passport numbers. The hotel we stayed at is a nice one, located right next to the Yuping cable car. However, be prepared to climb another 15 minutes to reach the hotel. We arrived early at 10 am, so our room was not available yet. We left our small backpacks at the hotel and trekked to the Bright Summit. Along the way, we saw monkeys and passed by the Baiyun Hotel. By the time we returned to Yupinglou Hotel, it was almost evening. The trek was scenic but very tiring, with many stairs. Our kind and helpful host, Yu Jian, from Yupinglou Hotel was in constant contact with us through WeChat and recommended places to visit. This hotel is closest to the Celestial Capital Peak, but I was too tired to climb it the next morning. I highly recommend climbing this peak and will do it if I have the chance to visit again. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay in. Don’t expect too many luxuries, as it’s located on top of a rugged mountain. Even the vegetables and food need to be carried by porters to the hotels, which is no easy task.

Although the price is definitely a little high, it makes sense for a hotel situated on top of a mountain. The public areas were bright and spotless. The room I booked was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom did have bits of black on the ceiling. Can’t beat the location though, as it’s close to a great spot to watch the sunset/sunrise. Appreciate especially the helpful service and timely communication from Kai at the front desk, who was also kind enough to share his photography of the night sky. I was able to get a few cool shots at a scenic outlook he had recommended. Maybe because I went a little late, but the dinner buffet was pretty mediocre. Overall a very good stay. Would book again, but maybe choose other food options.

Except that the gods are not beautiful, the others are very good! The handsome guy at the front desk was upgraded to the best lake-view suite... The hotel public area has a lot of social areas around the waterscape, whispering seats, sitting on the wall, thinking about chairs, gathering people to talk, etc. There are all kinds of artworks on both sides of the corridor. Are those three balls very similar to Sanya Park Hyatt? The hotel hardware and software is indeed No.1 in Huangshan area, it is worth checking in! The restaurant’s products are good, the price is slightly more expensive, and it is very comfortable with mountain and lake views...

Hotel service is very good. Front desk staff, especially Chloe, is very helpful. We requested for non-smoking room and they explained there’s no non-smoking floor in the hotel but they can clean up the rooms off smoke scent before handing to us. On checkin, they personally showed us to our room and asked that we inspect it before accepting. No request is too small. When we told them the room felt cold, they sent someone to help adjust the heater for us. We had a great stay!
