El personal fue muy amable y servicial, el desayuno agradable, la atención profesional.
Ojalá se actualizaran algunos detalles de la propiedad que merecen estar mejor dada su calidad.
La azotea es magnífica y tiene una gran vista de los nevados quizás ese espacio podría adecuarse más para los turistas. Gente muy servicial, vale la pena el hotel.

Second time I've stayed here, second time I've loved it. Friendly, helpful staff; nice rooms; relatively quiet: good restaurant and easy walk to several more. It has consistent hot water and is very clean and well-maintained. Stairs required from street to lobby. Elevator available once there.

Pesima experiencia. Al llegar nos asignaron habitación errada. El inodoro con fuga, se solicitó que lo revisen e indicaron haberlo revisado, lo cual no fue cierto, el inodoro continuo con fuga y el piso del baño mojado. La alfombra de la habitación estaba mugrosa. Siendo 7.30 pm las termas de agua caliente del hotel se apagaron y no habia agua caliente, en Julio HACE FRIO en Huaraz, imposible bañarse sin agua caliente. Se tuvo que solicitar el envío de toallas en múltiples oportunidades, ya que no colocaron 3 toallas para 3 personas mas toallas de mano, sino solo 1 toalla de cuerpo.

Decepcionante experiencia. Para empezar, no nos asignaron la habitación con la distribución que nos ofrecieron al pagar la reserva 3 semanas antes de nuestra llegada. Se detectó el inodoro con fuga. Se solicitó que lo revisen al salir temprano del hotel, sin embargo, al regresar por la noche, dijeron que lo habían arreglado, pero el inodoro continuo con fuga y el piso del baño mojado. Las alfombras estaban muy sucias... Siendo 7.30 pm, al querer bañarnos, el agua estaba fria pues las termas de agua caliente del hotel se apagaron. Normalmente uno llega de todo el día de tours y lo que quiere es asearse, cosa que no pudimos hacer; en Julio HACE FRIO en Huaraz, imposible bañarse sin agua caliente. Se tuvo que solicitar el envío de toallas en múltiples oportunidades: si se sabe que hay 3 personas en la habitación, no pueden colocar sólo 1 toalla de cuerpo y ninguna de mano... Si son 3 personas, deberían haber 3 toallas de cuerpo y, al menos, 1 de mano. A pesar que la mayoría de su personal hace lo mejor para dar un buen servicio, la experiencia en conjunto hace que pase desapercibida.

El servicio de restaurante es pésimo, no había café, tampoco mozo disponible que te atendiera, la comida se demoraba demasiado en salir y algunos platos me lo sirvieron crudos. Él estacionamiento es limitado y tienes que dejar la llave porque no cuentan con espacio suficiente.
