First off, the staff was amazing. I let my friend drive and when we got there he left the headlights on in my Jeep. The next morning my battery was dead. Three staff members brought their truck and helped me get it started. They saved the day!
My only criticism is in the room. We had #11. There is a ramp between the restroom and the bedroom. It's very slippery when wet. Inform guests to always wear shoes or sandals in the rooms because you could fall. I'd recommend painting the ramp and add sand or cat litter to the paint so it is not slippery.

Instalaciones limpias y cómodas. El personal amable y gentil; muy instruido sobre la historia del fundo y del valle. Si buscan tranquilidad y desconexión, es un magnifico lugar!!!!! Recomendaría tener información actualizada sobre la zona arqueológica de Caral.

El hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones, las habitaciones y los lugares de entretenimiento lindas. La comida buena y la atención en el restaurante también; aunque debes de tener cuidado al pagar antes de salir, porque nos cargaron cosas que no bebimos ni comimos. El servicio del front desk pésimo, se equivocaron en la reserva. Faltó agua en la habitación reloj despertador, televisión, teléfono, agua, frío bar, secadora de pelo (detalles para un gran hotel, siendo el único en la zona)

El lugar es lindo, invita a relajarte. Llegar por la trocha, tomes la ruta vía Acarí o vía Caral, es una aventura. Los chicos amables, pero la cocina no se da abasto y demoran bastante pese a que el hotel no está lleno. La propuesta del desayuno es rica, pero bastante limitada. SI bien invita a la desconexión, faltan propuestas para pasar el tiempo, al menos, si vas con chicos o quieres tomarte un trago en la noche. A las 10 pm no hay más que hacer, ni atención en bar o friobar o nada (al menos tenían una caja de agua en el hall, por si acaso). Por otro lado, sólo tienes conexión vía el wifi del hotel y no hay señal de móvil, pero dado que 10 pm no hay personal (todo el mundo desapareció), esto colinda con lo inseguro, pues se fue el wifi una noche y no había como llamar o ubicar a nadie. Me estuve paseando por el lobby, terraza, piscina, etc cerca de 40 min buscando a alguien, y nada. Cuando hicimos el check out, nadie se acercó a despedirnos, preguntar como nos fue, etc.

Nos encantó el hotel y pensamos volver. El entorno es hermoso y tranquilo y la decoración es maravillosa. El personal fue increíble. Anthony y Vanessa con muy amables. La comida riquísima. Esta muy cerca de Caral. La vista de la terraza de las habitaciones es increíble. Hicimos trekking alrededor.

El acceso a la propiedad es atroz, puede dañar el carro. Las habitaciones podrian mejorarlas, desde mosquiteros del balcon roto, le falta aire acondicionado (hace mucho calor en verano), no tiene room service, y cierra restaurant a las 21h30 (muy temprano)

Terrible value for money! This hotel is located in the lovely Supe valley, but getting there is a nightmare. What should have been a Casa Andina-standard associated hotel, turned out to be a poorly managed lodge with spartan accommodation in desperate need of refurbishment, daily maintenance and proper cleaning of the premises. The only good point is the view. The restaurant is ok but very expensive. Staff are usually quite nice and helpful.
