酒店交通便利，位於超大的公園和水果園內，植物茂盛，風景優美，總體的客觀條件得天獨厚。在這裏住上一晚，散散步，逛逛公園，拍拍照是相當好的體驗。但是酒店管理領導層及工作人員沒能好好珍惜以上優越客觀條件，真心希望這條評論酒店的管理人員看得到，特別是負責人看得到。以下幾點是本人昨天真實的經歷，一是酒店的衞生急待改進，一是酒店公共的通道、停車場等垃圾沒人清掃，昨晚準備睡覺的時候發床單斑跡累累，明顯是床單沒有更換，後來致電前台，值班人員讓我們自己去櫃子拿乾淨的換上；二是沒有及時為客人準備必須的熱水，致電前台管理人員，才來開了電熱水器；三是放置在房間的茶葉過期了，出廠日期是2019年保質期兩年的，昨天仍放在在房間裏；四是牙具質量欠佳，儘管是一次性的，也應該提供相對舒適的牙刷；五是餐飲收費管理不透明，沒有明碼實價，入住酒店的時候我們詢問了餐飲服務，服務員向我們推薦有自養土雞可預訂，一個雞168元，於是我們預訂晚餐一個雞（一雞兩食，骨頭燉湯，肉炒）和一個青菜。吃完收費228元，服務人員説青菜38元，飯6元一碗（我們拿了兩碗飯），於是我問服務員總數應是218，她又算了一下，説燉湯的葯材要加10元錢。大家可以細品，謹慎小心！我當時對她説，其實我們出來玩，酒店裡貴一點我們也能理解，但你們怎麼收費，也要合情合理啊，做生意其實是要有口碑的呀。也許有人會問為什麼，我沒在今天上午退房的時候跟服務人員説這些，如果當場説這些，免不了當班人員的一番解釋而已，應該不會有實質性的作用，且我們也有別的行程。希望酒店方如果能看到這些訊息，能認真的整改。感謝！
