A fabulous tucked away oasis. Laura is your dedicated host always willing to assist. the room beautiful with large picture window looking across to the Perfume river. Quiet location. The bed is comfortable and shower warm and kettle and fridge. A good choice of freshly prepared breakfast at the time you designate.
Laura had great advice on what sites to visit, so many options. Scooter hire available and help with transportation to the airport or station. Excellent value for money too..
Great location near many restaurants and the Imperial City. Laura has inside knowledge on best restaurants. Thank you again see you next time.

Nice greenery view from floor to ceiling window. Good breakfast, especially the banana pancake is very tasty. The host, Ms Laura has a warm and caring personality, feeling like home.

Environment: Located behind a small alley, with large French windows and a large area of green plants in front of the windows. Very quiet at night.
Service: It is a family hotel. The couple is very enthusiastic. They ask me if I want to have breakfast every day, but I have never had it because I am busy with special forces and sightseeing.

It is a family hotel, Seven is in charge of customer service and he is very friendly and helps you with everything. We booked a bar tour with him and everything went very well. The buses at the end were on our own because there were many options and they were better for schedules and prices.
The breakfast is simple and rich.

Such an amazing stay!! Great hostess and breakfast was included. She also helped us book a private transfer to the airport for only 220k vnd. Normally grab wouldve charged 300k. The location was perfect. No noise outside. Close to the walking streets and about 30 min walk from the ancient city. Beds were the most comfortable. Get the corner rooms. They have balconies and ac! Great big windows. Felt like a luxury home.
