Our stay at the Duy Tan 2 Hotel in Hue was nothing short of a disaster. As part of a Djoser Family tour, we were assigned to stay here for one night, but the experience was so terrible that we left in protest the following day. The room was shockingly dirty, with dust, hair, and grime clearly visible everywhere. The bathroom was equally unkempt, adding to the sense that basic cleanliness was not a priority here. The hotel facilities only added to the disappointment—everything felt neglected and rundown, with a complete lack of care in maintenance. On top the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional: they just refused is a second key for our room due hotel policy! Duy Tan 2 Hotel was far below any acceptable standard, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for even the most basic comfort or cleanliness in Hue.

Alors une nuit passée ici. Comme la plupart des hôtels au Vietnam, aucun double vitrage du coup pas de dodo possible si on ne met pas de bouchons d’oreilles car alentours bruyants. Clim très bruyante également et située face au lit donc bof bof. Petit déjeuner correct.

Vrai petit dejeuner intercontinental 2 petits hic à mon goût : pour acceder a l hotel il faut monter une bonne vingtaine de marches et quand au meme moment il y a un bus de touristes qui arrive vous devez monter vos valises tout seul ! De plus pour un hôtel de cette envergure le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas aussi friendly que le personnel des hôtels plus petits

Trong chia sẻ với bạn bè thì đây là nơi lưu trú tốt trong hạng khách sạn 3* Tuy nhiên có 1 lưu ý khách sạn cần cải thiện: Vì một số khách lưu trú phòng cạnh hồ bơi, đã ném rác xuống hồ. Vì vậy cần nhắc nhở để tăng cường ý thức cho một số khách lưu trú cũng như tăng cường kiểm tra hồ bơi thường xuyên để vớt n*** rác bị ném xuống.
