熱鬧街內的酒店，夜晚難免有雜音。整體來說算清靜。床可以、冷氣充足！包自助早餐，有河粉、腸粉及水果等。職員英文一般。

In a hotel in a busy street, noise is unavoidable at night. Overall it is quiet. The bed is OK and the air conditioning is sufficient! Buffet breakfast is included, including rice noodles, rice rolls and fruits. Staff English is average.

Mình chọn Hue Royal Hotel để nghỉ dưỡng nhân dịp lễ Quốc khánh. Khách sạn nằm n*** trung tâm Thành phố Huế và phố đi bộ Võ Thị Sáu rất thuận lợi cho việc đi lại lẫn trải nghiệm tản bộ, xung quanh khách sạn cũng có nhiều nhà hàng, quán ăn, cafe giúp mình không phải gặp khó khăn trong việc tìm kiếm nơi ăn uống. Đội ngũ nhân viên rất thân thiện, hướng dẫn cho khách lưu trú rất ân cần. Phòng nghỉ rất sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi và thoải mái  Nếu có dịp đi du lịch Huế thì mình vẫn tiếp tục chọn Hue Royal Hotel. Cảm ơn và chúc các bạn tiếp tục kinh doanh thành công

I chose Hue Royal Hotel to relax on the occasion of National Day. The hotel is located in the center of Hue City and Vo Thi Sau walking street, very convenient for traveling and walking experience. Around the hotel there are also many restaurants, eateries, and cafes to help you avoid having to Having difficulty finding a place to eat. The staff is very friendly and guides guests very thoughtfully. The room is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. If I have the opportunity to travel to Hue, I will still choose Hue Royal Hotel. Lễ tân nghiệp vụ quá tệ, trốn tránh trách nhiệm. Thái độ ngày lễ đông khách thì tiếp khách kiêu như bất cần khách, hách lối. Mong ban quản lý khách sạn xem lại chứ ko thì chỉ đông khách đc 1 lần còn lại vằng khách cả năm đấy nhé. Khách sạn tốt thì nên tuyển dụng những lễ tân chuyên nghiệp. So Bad and Never comeback 

The receptionist's professionalism is so bad, they avoid responsibility. The attitude of welcoming guests on a crowded holiday is arrogant as if they don't care about guests and are arrogant. I hope the hotel management will reconsider, otherwise it will only be crowded once and not for the rest of the year. Good hotels should employ professional receptionists. So Bad and Never comeback

We booked a room for my family to take part in the holiday. When we arrived in Hue, the hotel welcomed us very happily and friendly, especially the hotel is located right in the city center, breakfast was delicious. Thanks for the hotel

The hotel is a small 2-star hotel with a small price and is located in the tourist area, calm at night. Light room, a little spacious but large comfortable bed, fridge, no safe and just one tablet, good climate, wifi well ...The hotel has an elevator. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

We book for 2 people, the hotel is right in the center of the city, the room is clean and nice, the price is very suitable for 2 people, breakfast is very affordable. If come back we will book here again.
