Good choice for short stay in Hue. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Unfortunately, it is so dirty in the room and a lot of ants.

Nice cute boutique hotel close to Imperial citadelle. Very clean and upper class. Well spoken and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Pleasant stay. I took a room with window, hoping for a view, but there were only tin roof tops around..... Everything else was occupied....

Near the market, the staff tried to introduce guided tours or chartered drivers. The room is too small, the toilet is wet and dry, and the TV is not connected to the Internet. Only suitable for short stays, close to the imperial city.

The bedding had a smell and there were some bugs in it. But breakfast was good. Not too bad for a cheap one night stay.

English communication was not an obstacle at all. Before leaving, they helped me book a ticket to Da Nang and bought me a drink. glass of juice. The room is good, clean and tidy. The service staff is very good. Everyone speaks English well. enough breakfast There is no food line like Thailand. But hotels that sleep from Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue, the food is all the same, served as a plate, with 2-3 menu options. And another glass of water can't be filled. There are Hue tours for sale from the hotel owner. You can come and buy here. But if you don't buy it, it's okay. Overall I really like this place. The staff is very attentive and attentive.

The rooms at the Soleil Boutique Hotel were sufficiently large and sweetly decorated, which created a cozy atmosphere. The decor was attractive and created a pleasant ambience in which we immediately felt at home. The friendly and courteous staff at the Soleil Boutique Hotel made our stay special. The staff here was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to offer great service. They offered items not from their standard menu for breakfast and additional drinks. They were very helpful at checkin at providing information about the popular tourist areas to visit. Thank you so much! The coffee was also some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The property was well located near the imperial city and walkable across the river to some of the commercial areas of the city and nightlife. Detriments were: the mattress is one of the worst I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, with little padding and feeling the metal spring structure. Woke up sore both nights. The bathroom shower has no enclosure and drain was extremely slow, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom every time the shower was run.

Well situated, the Hue Imperial City is only a short stroll away. The hotel owner gave excellent service (pleasant, helpful, polite). Breakfast is a simple but wonderful meal. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has ample amenities for guests. The owner assisted us in reserving a DMZ Tour.

Location was great as close to bridge areas and restaurants. Cidadel walking distance. Only downside was that bed was hard. Used to softer comforts.

The staff is excellent and the location superb, very near to the citadel. But it has not heater and it's really cold. The breakfast is just ok
