Excellent location close to the railway station. Fast check-in. In the hotel, there’s a swimming pool with a good view of the city. In general, the room was clean, however, we saw a few ants in it. The staff is polite and ready to help. Overall, it was a good stay.

After a little mishap upon arrival with our shower being broken- the staff more than made us feel welcome, heard & went above and beyond to not only fix the issue, but to make sure we had the best stay possible. All staff very kind- wanting to help. Food, very good, both breakfast & we got room service late twice- which was very nice & came fast considering the time we ordered it. Gym on site & pool too! We stayed in the suite & it was amazing- the views & bath/ shower are certainly worth the upgrade! In a great location & the staff really go above what is needed to make your stay fantastic. Will be returning for sure.

Hotel was a bit on the old side but the room was spacious and clean, and the front desk ladies very helpful. View is amazing, especially with windows making up the entire wall of the room! Extremely convenient to get to Hue Station, just a 10 minute walk.

Personally, I think the room is a bit old, the TV does not have an internet connection, and the cleaning service is still a bit poor compared to the 4⭐️ standard. However, the hotel is in a very nice location, it is convenient to go anywhere in the center, the room price is also reasonable, and the hotel staff is also friendly and enthusiastic.

The location is close to the train station and you can reach it on foot, which is very convenient. The price is also very good

This hotel does not meet the level of a four-star hotel at all. The air conditioner is not even cool. Such a small air conditioner is used in such a large room, and the weather in China and Vietnam is very hot. Do you want to make people heat to death? Then the hot water is very small and the shower head doesn't work. Everything is quite bad. I don't recommend this hotel. I hope you don't come here.

Rooms are OK but the hallway is too hot

The room size is good. I accidentally booked a city view pool room, so the pool is right outside the window. I dare not draw the curtains in the room, which is almost the same as having no windows. I arrived very early in the evening and ended at 9 pm.

It's close to the train station, you can walk there. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock, which is convenient for guests who want to catch a plane or train. It's also very rich and the restaurant has a beautiful view.
