Very nice hotel withing an easy walk to the food street and nightlife spots. Spotlessy clean hotel and room!!! All the staff were very polite,friendly,attentive and helpful. I really had a pleasant staying there and I can't recommend it enough. If I would ever go back to Hue,I would definitely book there again.

If you are coming to Hue even for a short period of time, go here. It is close to almost all the tourist attractions and you can walk to Hue Palace. It is cheap, but there is no elevator. Note~

Good location and clean rooms. Above all, the hospitality of the staff was amazing! Everyone was kind and greeted me with a smile, making me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Needless to say the location is good. You can walk to Hue Royal Palace and Walking Street. The hotel itself is very friendly and in a location that is easy for travelers to understand. There was a sign that said I will lend you a toilet. I traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue by motorbike and have stayed in many hotels so far, but I saw the sign for the first time. The woman at the reception is very kind, and there are delicious restaurants and They will tell you about street food, sightseeing spots, etc. The attentiveness of the hotel staff was as good as a 5-star hotel. In addition, we want to use if we may come to Hue.

Good hotel, good location, good value for money

Great staff members, very helpful, they recommended many good places to visit at eat at. We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast started and they packed us a breakfast to go which was excellent and not expected at all.

Nice little budget hotel centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, near the Perfume river and walking street..lots of eateries, clothing and footwear stores. Rooms are spacious and clean, mattresses very comfy. A/C is quiet and efficient, large rooms with fridge and flatscreen cable TV. Only drawback is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for short stays.👍👍

Wow! Fantastic service and help! Very good value for the price. Room was decent, bed not to hard or soft, bathroom could be better. The great experience started when asking for tips through Facebook and until we were dropped off in other city by driver booked at hotel. Good location too! They came with cold water for us in reception area multiple times. Highly recommend!

Jade Hotel is centrally located in the city centre. There is some traffic noise outside, but we don't hear it inside the rooms. The hotel is simple, as is the breakfast, but very nice. I would particularly like to highlight the service at the reception, led by Oanh, where everything is done to ensure that the guests are comfortable. Compared to hotels with a much higher daily rate, the Jade Hotel is actually a more pleasant and well-run hotel.

We loved the front office staff, but you get what you pay for and it isn’t a bargain. My wife, as she daily reminds me, had her favorite night shirt stolen out of our room. The sink empties into an open drain. We did sleep well.

A sweet hotel run by a charming young couple - a home away from home for all who stay there. In a great location, upon arrival, I was provided a map that had been uniquely deciphered by places of interest, and that proved a boon for my few days of solo exploration in Hue. Additionally, the facilities were all that a guest could ask for - clean, comfortable and quiet.
