An absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms are very clean, fully equipped, and located near the center. The staff are lovely, attentive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting all issues. The accompanying services are also very good. Thank you Hue Serene Palace Hotel for giving me such a wonderful 100/10 vacation experience. I will definitely come back to this place next time I come to Hue ❤️🥰

I recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest.
The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you.
Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day.
On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well!

It’s a cheap and good place to stay! I especially liked that the staff were very friendly :) As soon as I arrived, they asked me about my plans in Hue, took out a map pamphlet, recommended how to tour nearby tourist attractions, and gave me a variety of options so I could choose according to my taste.

Excelente hotel y atención de su personal Muy buena ubicación, cerca de cafés y restaurantes, habitaciones espaciosas, bien decoradas y totalmente equipadas. Muy buen desayuno, y todo esto a un precio muy bueno. Absolutamente recomendable.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado , a unos 15 minutos caminando del Río perfume y a 9 minutos de la zona de cafés a y restaurantes . Me encantó la hospitalidad con la que me recibieron, la habitación estuvo implacable , muy espaciosa y conforfortable. Solo estuve una noche pero sin duda repetiría mi estancia en serene hotel . Gracias a los chicos del hotel que se encargan de que los huéspedes tengamos una agradable estancia .
