The property is in a narrow alley way. Nearby hv lots of good eateries. They have a Spa in the hotel which i found convenient since i knew I wl b using that service. There was a 30% discount given to room guests for their spa treatments, which was good though not cheap. The young staff in the hotel are very friendly n helpful esp those during morning breakfast.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful with various amenities (bathrobes, very nice shampoo, toiletries) and even had a beautiful balcony. The rooftop pool and terrace offered a beautiful view over Hue. We definitely recommend couples and families to stay there!

A good budget hotel in the heart of Hue, surrounded by shops and restaurants so no shortage of places to go pr eat. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was spacious and clean.

The location is perfect for a city stay. The room was big, bright, clean and had a very nice view. The pool area on the roof was even better! The staff there were very friendly, with a great knowledge of the area and local services. Some of the nicest staff I’ve met in a hotel ☺️

The staff were genuinely the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced. The rooms were nice and the pool has a great view. The location is about 10 min walk from the interesting downtown area. My friends and I were all very impressed with the experience.

The hotel is in an alley, which is not easy to find, but it is still a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is a milk tea shop at the entrance of the alley. It's not far from the night market and bar street. The rooftop and swimming pool on the top floor are good. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it's also in line with the price. The room is spacious and clean. The front desk is very welcoming. They even upgraded me to a room.

Central location, clean and spacious room, the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was great, except for the mattress in our room - it was getting a bit old and should be replaced!

The hotel is located a couple of minutes from the Imperial Palace and pedestrian streets at night. Very friendly staff, rooftop pool with sunset view. Of the minuses, I will highlight the fact that not all photos of the rooms are true. However, there are definitely more advantages!

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and rooftop pool with city view. The room is clean, quiet, had a plenty of light and my bed is comfortable. Bathroom was really nice, with good water pressure and temperature. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. It's different in each morning.

The hotel was great, very clean with a tasty breakfast. On the last day, a driver named Quang drove us until Da Nang. We had very nice conversations and a lot of recommendations about our trip in Vietnam. He drove safely, and paid attention to our needs. He took pictures of us every time we stopped. The quality of the pictures was amazing. He became a real friend and we hope to keep in touch with him. We're thinking about traveling again to Vietnam to meet him!

Stunning hotel with amazing service! After a bad night in the original hotel that we booked, we called in to Jade Scene Hotel to see if they had any availability. The girls at the front desk offered to showed us a few rooms to make sure we were happy before moving. We were able to book the room there and then before going to the old hotel to pack up and move. The rooms were a lovely size, clean and the service was next to none from start to finish. We were moving on to Hoi An after a few nights stay and the hotel organised a phenomenal tour of the Hai Van Pass with Cong Tours and transfer to our next hotel which collected us at the top of the mountain. We could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend with no hesitation.
