A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

I arrived late at night. Although it is an old hotel that has been in the hotel for fifteen years, the old-fashioned furniture has been maintained more and more tastefully. The details of the ambient lighting in the corridor are very good. Basically, all European and American tourists stay here. Special praise for the bellman in the foyer. He is very enthusiastic and polite. He takes the initiative to help guests deliver their luggage and opens the door. He has a very good attitude and makes people feel at home.

It is a testimony of history. Every detail is great, including the service. It is hidden in the city on the other side of the ancient city. If you say it is ”old”, then ”old” is its highlight. The service is very good, not excessive, but you can feel comfortable. I upgraded the room type and saw the river view. The spa price is very good. It's more than 300 and it's worth a try.

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

The property has very cool, clean, and nice decor. The staff was excellent anytime we needed anything, especially Van Duc, who helped us secure a jeep tour to Da Nang. He was very helpful during this process and continued to check to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel is very economical. I recommend staying at this property.

Nice part of town and close walking distance to many places such as walking street, vincom, river and much more. A bit of history if you look really close and experience something unique. Breakfast was ok and rooms are a bit dated but that's the charm of the hotel. Gym could be upgraded as only one treadmill that didn't work and one bike that wasn't plugged in. Universal exercise machine must have been as old as the hotel but all in all good value for money.

I enjoyed a very comfortable 4 night stay at this charming riverside hotel.
My room was serviced daily by the competent domestic staff.
Breakfast was very good and served by the delightful restaurant staff.
The hotels location was very good and though located in the city center it was very quiet and restful.
I will definitely use it again and i unreservedly recommend it to others. Thank you Huong Giang Resort and spa for a lovely stay.

Very quiet, the hotel staff is super enthusiastic, it is very new and perfect, and there are some free massage services. Although I didn't use them, I still felt at home.
The hotel rents a small motorcycle, which is very convenient for going around Hue.

I booked 3 different types of rooms to accommodate my large group. Regardless of which category, you will require a buggy and the rooms are quite close to each other.
The rooms live up to their stars, and the staff made it almost perfect if not for the persistent rain during our 2 nights stay. Great breakfast spread but the dishes remain largely the same.

GGuest UserPlace simply recommended. I can just tell you that our stay was so good that we doubled here our time in Hue. Room: We took a deluxe double room, which had a king bed and bath tube. In real the room seems a bit smaller than in picture, but spaces are ok and there is a shelf where you can store your belongings. Bed is stable and very comfortable. As complimentary you have every day water, instant coffee (with condensed milk, better than standard nescafe) and a small snack. Cleaning: Room clearance consist also of towels and bed sheet changing. The bathroom kit includes toothbrushes, comb and cotton buds. We stayed many days and the room was always really sparkling spotless. Staff: the girls at the front desk (Ruby, Tho, Sarah and Hoa) are exemplary: always welcoming with a smile, kind and ready to help. They truly treat us as family ＜3 Also the guys from the night shift are nive and always kind.

The location was perfect. No noise outside. Close to the walking streets and about 30 min walk from the ancient city. Beds were the most comfortable. Get the corner rooms. They have balconies and ac! Great big windows. Felt like a luxury home.

PPaul AllenThe hotel is ok. The service is excellent and that's what makes it stand apart. The location overall is great, but it was difficult to find as it's in a back ally. Parking is on the street and you need to move the car in the middle of the night to avoid a parking ticket. We didn't try the breakfast as we had other plans, but the setup looked quite nice. The large bed is one that is actually 2 beds put together with a topper. This is a major issue. I understand why management would choose this as it provides more options to accommodate various guests, but the execution never works in any hotel. There's always a dip in the middle and the beds move apart in the middle of the night making sleeping a nightmare; we did not sleep well. This is also the first business (hotel, rest. etc.) that i have experienced in Vietnam that did not have a butt spray cleaner in the toilet area. We were disappointed with that. There is also a terrible cigarette smell in the hallways. It's par for the course for hotels in Asia to have this and I recognize the challenge hotels need to deal with; just unfortunate as the first impressions going up to the room were really effected by it. Cleaning the air and washing the carpets do help a little bit, but really the only way to overcome this is to replace the carpets completely and strictly enforce a no-smoking policy by the staff. Overall, the stay was ok. There is a lot of value for the money to be found here and the friendly staff are what really make the property worth a look, as is the convenience to the walking street for dinner and fun on the weekends.

Knowing about Victory Hotel thanks to the Chief of the Group to book a room, at first there was not much hope for the room, but in contrast to what I thought before, Victory Hotel brought me a strange comfort. Fast and enthusiastic check-in procedure; clean - airy rooms. Spacious parking, 2 dedicated receptionists. With such facilities and facilities, I think this will be the ideal destination for those who have and are planning to come to Hue to visit and travel. If I have the opportunity to come to Hue, I will visit the hotel again. Thank you Hue, thank you very much Victory!

KKIMIt was a tidy hotel not far from the tourist street. I was especially surprised that the breakfast menu was more solid than I thought. The view was good and the service was very friendly even for late check-in. I tried to stay again afterwards, but it was not easy to book because there were no seats often. Recommended.

Positive: Small hotel located away from the tourist areas on a quiet street within walking distance to many of the sights. Negative: - Room was very dark. - Poor lighting in the bathroom made it hard to use the mirror. - The closet vanity doors could not be fully opened on one side due to the hanging curtain. - No mini-fridge present (though there was a price guide for its contents in the room) - Dust under cabinets.

GGuest UserThe lovely owner Quy and his wife absolutely bent over backwards to look after me during my stay here. A few examples: I couldn’t find a DMZ tour that was running, so Quy organised a trip with a friend of his by private car for a very reasonable price. I bought a bus ticket to Hoi An and the bus company rang the hotel to cancel- by the time I found out about it, the owners had already been on the phone trying to find me an alternative. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Quy and your lovely family for making me so welcome. I should also say that the room was lovely and extremely clean, plus it was in a great location. I would recommend Canary Boutique to anyone but particularly solo travelers as the level of care I got here absolutely floored me. Would give them 11/10 if I could!

GGuest UserI stayed on the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com and somehow when I arrived they assumed I had used another platform. I didn't mind, as long as they arrange the room that I had booked. The room was different, it was on the first floor and it didn't have a balcony. After I told them I had booked a room with a balcony they took me to the 3rd floor to a room that was noticeably smaller. I didn't mind because I was just visiting a friend and I was going to use the room just for sleeping and working online. The wifi signal is low so it disconnects all the time, at least it did in my balcony room on the 3rd floor.
My booking included buffet breakfast and it was good. They offered a combination of Western and local dishes and a variety of drinks. However, when I checked out they couldn't find my reservation. Lobby staff handed me the bill and it took me about 10-15 minutes to convince them while showing them my emails from Trip.com that the room had been already paid.
My recommendation is that if you're going to stay with them and you plan on driving around Hue, stay there! Its location is excellent and they have a parking spot for your motorbike. There are many options for restaurants, local food, shops and such nearby the hotel even if you're going to be moving by Grab. I loved the location and the food was good.

GGuest UserExcellent location in the ancient part of the city, away from touristy commercial hell. I stayed alone in a bedroom with a double bed. The walls are very thin and the family that runs the hotel starts their activities at 5AM with pretty loud talking, so you'll need earplugs if noise bothers you like me. The equipment was basic but had everything I needed: aircon, hot water (albeit with a quite small heater that allowed for 10 minutes or so). You can rent motorbikes on location and the staff is helpful even in spite of the language barrier. Good value for your money

I hope everyone will be busy with more guests. The hotel getting more guests . O yes I in injoy the fruits and coffee and yogurts. And the room service too. Very detailed.
