I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

The hotel is not big but very clean. The coffee capsules for breakfast are of various flavors and taste good. There are KFC and Burger King nearby and Carrefour is not far away. It is very convenient. However, the welcome water only has one bottle 😂

Stayed here early October. Greeted at check in by Luis who gave us information about the areas to visit in Murcia. Greatly appreciated the upgrade being a Marriott platinum member. Hotel is about a 35 minute walk to the old town so took the tram which was 1.40 euros and stops outside the hotel. Came by car and big plus is secure underground parking. If we return to Murcia then would certainly come back to this hotel.

We checked into a hot room. The air conditioning didn’t work so we had to change rooms, after unpacking. It was one of those rooms that needed a keycard to start the air conditioning so we didn’t realize it wasn’t working well until 5 minutes later. We got a new room and was given a free non-alcoholic drink as a make good. The 12E breakfast was fine and the staff all professional. The hotel is a bit removed from the centro so get used to taking the tram (easy to do but get your ticket before as they will fine you!) Our room was also designed oddly with a shower box in the middle of the room.

The hotel is easy to find with free parking right outside,and a tram stop close by. On check in we were given incorrect information re the tram usage and tickets nearly cost us a fine,from a ticket inspector. Reception told us we could pay on the tram - its not possible! The room was a bit dated and dark with poor lighting. Cramped for anything more than a small bag,and no space to move! The bathroom had a shower over the bath which ran hot / cold unexpectedly. The bath plug leaked and didn't hold sufficient water...! We didn't take breakfast because we thought it over priced and were leaving for the airport anyway. It was ok for a stopover to visit the centre and the Easter parades,but wouldn't go out of my way for this.
