easy to find the perfect hotel. parking underground parking ( fee ) only fault we could find was the view from a window which was of crashed cars ?? really staff in hotel very helpful. ideal if your going to the bullring only a ten-minute walk which is flat but what I would say is have a chat with hotel staff before you set off as sat nav took us via a very poor and run-down area and would defo not feel safe at night walking back to hotel stick to the main road and you should be fine. didn't dine so do not comment would we stay here again yes if going to a concert at bullring! as a footnote i would say beds are so so hard like sleeping on concrete?

Friendly staff. Very clean. Modern and stylish hotel. The pool is lovely. It’s my second stay and would happily return.

The experience and stay here has been very good, it was the second time I came here with my partner and this time has been better than the previous one. The room was very clean and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was still smoking, even though it was a non-smoking room, as I was here for the first time. The dryer you have to be pressing a button all the time and at the end your fingers are tired, and at least in our last room there was no swab in the bathroom, so I couldn't slip my hair in front of the mirror. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. La cama era de las dimensiones indicadas, pero el olor de la habitación, era insufrible. Cuando llegue, las ventanas estaban abiertas de par en par, luego eran conscientes de ello. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

I can't believe a four-star hotel. If you don't speak Spanish, you get lost no one in the hotel is able to speak English both at the reception and at the restaurant. If you want to order something at the room service with the phone be prepared because they don't speak any English word.

The fact is that they have done a lot of cooperation with us. If it is true that we found some unimportant details at the beginning, due to the inconvenience caused to you, they did not provide them with a bottle of cava, but they themselves provided it. My wife and I recently returned from a long weekend at the Zenit in Murcia City. The hotel is certainly situated right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, museums and other places of interest all within easy walking distance. My wife has mobility issues following quite a bad long term ankle/leg injury, so it was good to see that the hotel had a machine to take wheelchairs up from the reception level floor. A chair was also placed in the shower for her to use. We stayed for three nights, and enjoyed the breakfasts: A range of options - English and continental - were provided, though the quality of the food did (in our opinion) change somewhat according to who was the chef/cook on duty. Staff were courteous and attentive on all occasions, whether they were based in reception or in the breakfast area. The chief drawback to the stay was the size of the rooms. - We stayed on the second floor in what was an extremely small, hot room where there was just enough room to squeeze between the bed and the wall. Nevertheless, all the usual facilities, along with a couple of minor surprises, were provided, including toothpaste, chocolate and minibar provisions (at a reasonable price) though there wasn't enough space between bed and bar for the minibar door to open properly! All in all, a satisfactory stay, with some drawbacks, in a very central Murcia City location.

This was our second stay in this hotel, which says a lot because had it been bad the first time, there would have not been a second. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and well kept and the hotel is in the city center. Normally, we avoid eating in hotel restaurants, preferring to explore and check out our options. But, after an aborted meal at the mediocre asian restaurant across the street, we decided to try the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised and had a very good meal along with some entertaining conversation with the waiter. He recommended the house red which turned out to be an excellent organic Murciano wine, and a bargain at that.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

El hotel, con el marchamo de calidad de la marca, cumple las expectativas de cualquier viajero tanto de ocio como de negocio ofreciendo un alojamiento de máximo confort, desayuno de calidad (con tipo tipo de huevos al gusto recién hechos) y alimentos light. La oferta gastronómica no la probé en esta ocasión pero el servicio de bar si, muy profesional y atento. Dispone de aparcamiento to de pago si bien en la entrada se puede aparcar sin coste (plazas limitadas). Tuve un pequeño problema durante la estancia que fue solucionado por el personal técnico y en el que la Directora se ocupó personalmente en solucionar, muy amable y eficaz. Sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a Murcia y lo recomiendo. Enhorabuena a la Directora por semejante equipo que dirige y a ella misma por su diligencia.
