設施：設施太老舊了，鞦韆都生銹斷了，不能用，傢俱也是老舊不堪，衣櫥成了擺設，因為壞了，索性用釘子封了不給用，廚房更是年久失修的樣子。還有一股味道；
衞生：衞生一言難盡，一進門就感覺老舊，地面都一層灰，而且床單也黏糊糊的，一股味道，後面要求換了床單；
環境：訂的是兩間270度海景的房間，視覺效果很好，就是設施要跟上了，太老舊啊，還有衞生；
服務：房東還是很和藹的一位長者，幫忙安排了一台冰箱，冰箱雖然舊了點，臟了些，但起碼還能用來凍凍東西.
