First of all, the price is very favorable. I stayed for more than ten days in one breath. It was just renovated. It was very good, clean and tidy. The quilt was changed every day. The landlord was very good and the transportation was convenient. You can eat barbecue at night. This price is really big. Love, you can save a lot of money.

Clean and tidy, living in a projection room, the projection is clear, eating barbecue with my boyfriend, watching the projection, not to mention how nice, the bed is very comfortable, sleep well, cost-effective. The location is also very good, next to the pedestrian street is where you can go shopping and eat a lot of snacks, I recommend everyone to stay.

Come here for travel and fun. The location is great and the transportation is convenient. There is a snack street downstairs! It's very convenient to have snacks as soon as you get downstairs! The rooms are very hygienic and clean. The facilities and equipment are all good. There is also a laundry room where you can wash clothes. The guest room front desk service is also very good. The chrysanthemum and wolfberry tea at the front desk is delicious! A very comfortable hotel. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

TTom07There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.

MMariaCThis hotel has stunning beach views. It is very relaxing and quiet. I would say it can be a quiet honeymoon destination. It is quite isolated though and we did not find any restaurant options nearby, ir anything to do really, except for water sports in the beach, which is closeby. We did jet ski for 150rmb for 15 minutes, and a big inflatable water ride for 300rmb for around 15 minutes.
The dinner and lunch menu are nice but I think it lacks variety. We enjoyed the prawns fried rice and the carbonara pasta.
There were some cakes to buy for around 46-68rmb per slice, which we did not try. We took a didi to a supermarket and got some fresh fruit and snacks instead.
Breakfast was really not very good for us as there were no western style options and it was very limited. All we found to eat was fruit (I found the watermelon was fresh in morning breakfast but not for afternoon tea). I also had some boiled corn, my kids had white bread.
The staff Is very friendly yet no one there speaks English. They added my WeChat which made it helpful. The room was idyllic and seeing the sunset from my bed was amazing. My son loved the bath too. The swimming pool is not really a real pool but more like a pond for a quick splash.
I would come again for 1 night only and enjoy a quiet time, but for families, singles or people who like more active holidays I would say there are many other options. We also stayed at the Howard Johnson and that one has a huge amount of options and activities for children, teen and families.

The service was excellent. The front desk was always very helpful, particularly through WeChat, making communication seamless and efficient. They even provided us with useful information about local attractions and amenities.

The facilities were great. The view from our room was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was a huge plus. We had easy access to everything we needed, and the front desk receptionist was very helpful in sharing the location of the nearby wet market, which was quite useful.
Food:
We enjoyed the food during our stay. We found several good food options and a halal restaurant nearby, about 2 kilometers away. This variety made our dining experiences enjoyable and convenient.
Accommodation:
We were two adults and three kids sharing one room. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the amazing view added to our overall satisfaction. The price of the room was reasonable during our visiting time.
Parking:
We parked our car outside the building for free, which was convenient. There is an option to park inside the building for 40 RMB per day if you prefer more security.
Overall Experience:
Overall, the trip was very enjoyable. The kids had a great time, and the combination of excellent service, convenient facilities, and good food made our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

CClaudeIt was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu.
The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.

SShenzhenFoodieOn the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby.
However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway.
On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
