Hotels near Port Station, Huidong

Nice hotel, very quite during working days and full on weekends. Coffee at breakfast so so. Skyswimpool is very nice. Room floors not clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Sea is cold in end of March. With open window can enjoy sound of the sea. Hotel share territory with hotel near by. They have hot spring and sauna.

But help was slow. Even though there was a big rainstorm, there weren’t any big leaks or run down hotel rainstorm issues. Spa available on 31st floor (but only opens if you book them) Overall good facilities Cons Everything is A bit old and run down Lots of staff are new Buffet area needs to be MUCH MUCH CLEANER workers seems sloppy and uncaring There were no more grilled vegetables available at dinner and none available even when requested at around 8:15. I saw cockroach along counter Needs BETTER MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING Staff should be instructed to out away lounger mats when it rains and to let loungers dry without mats after the rain I told them we couldn’t sit on the wet mats, but we were told the wet mats must stay on the wooden loungers after the rain so it would look good.(what?) Remove the mats so they won’t get wet, if they’re wet move them so the loungers can dry. Lots of new staff who couldn’t answer any questions For example is the water slide open? (No it wasn’t) Is there music ( maybe ) The operator was always busy when I called but to their credit they did called back. A 4 star hotel, with 2 star management/trainers which makes this a 3 star hotel. I think staff did try their best to respond, but upper management needs to pay attention before this becomes a 2 star hotel.

Haha, I definitely didn’t expect that I could post my dissatisfaction twice since we booked two rooms. I rarely give negative reviews. The result was two at a time. Breakfast ended at 10 o'clock, but when I arrived at the restaurant at 9:10, there was nothing. Even when I asked the waiter, no one came to add more. I had no choice but to order a bowl of rice noodles. There were no scallions in the seasoning bowl. I asked for scallions to be found in another place, but the scallions inside were all dry. I didn't understand before, looking at the relatively high-end hotels in the local area, why the ratings were so poor, but now I understand. Service awareness is too poor.

Originally, my parents were traveling with their children during the winter vacation and did not plan to stay in Shuangyue Bay for one night, but my mother kept praising the beauty of the place when she arrived at the Reef Bar, which made my search worthwhile. The name of the hotel is a bit hard to pronounce. We booked a suite and my parents stayed in it quite comfortably. The children were very happy to sleep on the tatami, saying it was their own secret space. The price is a bit expensive, but fortunately the room is really big. I think I can fit in one more room. The only drawback is that the weather is not very good, it is a bit drizzly. I hope that when the weather is good, I can accompany my family to visit the Reef Bar again. Let’s see if the Reef Bar that mom said is as good-looking as this.

We stayed for 2 night (6th Oct - 8 Oct)the hotel is excellent, Andy the manager and PC the front desk,they both very kind,give us very late check out while we're waiting for the taxi which delayed for 3 hours (till 6 pm)and help us to deal with the taxi driver. The room is big and clean,breakfast with a lot of option (western and Chinese),swimming pool is very good and beach in front of the hotel is clean. We'll high recommended. It's perfect for long stay or even just for weekend.

Good location, really is a house on the beach, downstairs is the beach, the view is particularly good, the sea view is invincible, the sunset is super beautiful, and the supermarket is very convenient to buy things. It is also convenient to eat outside a large row of restaurants, and the hygiene is very good. Very clean, very cost-effective at the same price, Mainly because the service is very good, I also trouble the brother to help me collect the courier in advance. The service is really good and very warm. Next time I come to bring my family out to play, I will definitely choose your home!

We spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.
