On the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby. However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway. On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

Thank you very much for the hotel staff's honesty🫶🏻We accidentally left our iPad in the room and drove away after checking out. The hotel called us to come back and pick it up. When we came back to the hotel, we learned that their leaders wanted to reward the cleaners. It was really nice. I am very grateful to the staff. And unexpectedly, we were very tired on the highway and found a hotel to check in at midnight. We learned that we could delay check-out if we came to the hotel at midnight🥹Guangdong service is really good. I called the hotel in Xiamen and both of them did not allow it, although we also checked out at 12 o'clock haha😆 But the hotel service is very good in terms of hardware. I will come again next time I pass by.

This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. It is worth mentioning that the front desk service was very enthusiastic! The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The balcony has a beautiful view, and you can watch the sunset in the sea breeze ~ The room staff are warm and polite, and they can always meet my needs in time. The buffet in the restaurant is also very delicious, with fresh ingredients. The accommodation experience here is excellent, highly recommended!
