Recently, I stayed at this hotel in Huizhou and I was impressed by the whole process. First of all, from the geographical location, the hotel is located in the bustling area of the city center, with complete commercial facilities and convenient transportation. It is very suitable for business travel or leisure travel. The check-in procedure was very smooth, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, professional and efficient, and quickly helped me complete the check-in process. After entering the room, the first feeling is clean and bright, the space layout is reasonable, the decoration style is simple but elegant, highlighting the brand's consistent ”natural, quiet and warm” design concept throughout the season. The room facilities are all available, the bed comfort is extremely high, the bedding is clean and tidy, so that people can enjoy a high-quality sleep experience. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of good quality. The details reflect the hotel's caring care for the needs of customers. The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, not only to meet the needs of different tastes, but also fresh ingredients and excellent taste. In addition, the public areas of the all-season hotel are also very spacious and comfortable, and the design of the lounge area and reading corner creates a quiet and elegant atmosphere.

The hotel was in the downtown so it’s far from the beach but the location is good for other stuff..sadly the pool wasn’t working and they didn’t write on the app but everything else good…kind and friendly they really tried to speak English would definitely recommend

Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

It is a very nice hotel, very near to west lake, just infront of the west lake east door (dongdamen), it is also beside the walking street of Huizhou commercial pedestrian street, a lot of shopping. The room is big, renovation also new, it was an old hotel took over by a new company. Buffet Breakfast is very nice too. Lobby got free coffee and tea everytime welcome us back.

One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be recommending this gem to all my friends and family.

Great for kids! Good location right next to a mall with good food selection. The outdoor playground for hotel guests (free) is lovely for kids. Didn’t experience the pony ride. Will come again if going to Huizhou.

Coming from Shenzhen, the gate guard is very strict. Fortunately, I called the business in advance and did the nucleic acid test, otherwise I wouldn't be able to come in for 48 hours. We live on the 13th floor of 9 buildings, and we have an unobstructed view of the sea! The living room is quite large, and I am satisfied that there are two bathrooms. It is inconvenient for other apartment types to not have two bathrooms. The balcony is curved, with a first-class view of the sea! The next day, the children got up late, and after discussing with the merchants, they even delayed check-out. This service must be praised! Xiaojingwan is still very suitable for leisure and vacation, it is also close to Shenzhen, and will come again to play.

The view and location are great. We had a lovely sea view. The room was large and the beds reasonably comfortable with good new sheets. The towels were new and substantial. The large fridge was useful but the freezer was frozen up and unusable. On the negative side, the furniture looked tacky and the wooden flooring had weirdly shrunk (unseasoned wood?) leaving wide gaps. The bathroom was functional but worn and tired looking. The sink leaked when we arrived but it was fixed fairly quickly. The room was not cleeaned nor beds made every day. They only provided two small bottles of water once per booking. The apartment block is enormous and being a fine example of cheerless cold, brutalist functionalism, confusing as it all looks exactly the same. Re the beach. When we arrived it was packed and as the cleantel seem to like their trash artistically enhancing the beach and accomaning them as swimming buddies in the sea, was a bit icky until mid week when the vast numbers of beach artistes had left. Both the beach and the sea then became boringly clean and less entertaining. In summary, it's cheap and cheerless and handy for the beach. It short, a glorified no frills beach hut that served its purpose

It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu. The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.

I was at this hotel already few times and every time everything was perfect! All the staff were very friendly and always helped me with every request. The rooms are large and the view is very good. Everything is always neat and clean. All praise
