Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. The hotel was in the downtown so it’s far from the beach but the location is good for other stuff..sadly the pool wasn’t working and they didn’t write on the app but everything else good…kind and friendly they really tried to speak English would definitely recommend

The hotel is located in Xiapu, right on the main road. The air is good and parking is convenient. There are 2 banquet halls downstairs, both of which are very nice in style and very suitable for people holding banquets. Check-in was quick, the room was large and comfortable overall, with a high cost-effectiveness ratio and a good environment. The room was clean and provided with free tea bags and mineral water. There is also a restaurant on the second floor where you can have breakfast and dinner, which is a blessing for lazy people and very convenient. The most important thing is that it is very quiet and has good sound insulation. It is the first choice for staying and I am very satisfied.

The room facilities are all available, the bed comfort is extremely high, the bedding is clean and tidy, so that people can enjoy a high-quality sleep experience. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of good quality. The details reflect the hotel's caring care for the needs of customers. The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, not only to meet the needs of different tastes, but also fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The quality of the linen is very good, and the person who recognizes the bed can sleep well! The sound insulation is also very good, and there will be questions in time. Great for kids! Good location right next to a mall with good food selection. The outdoor playground for hotel guests (free) is lovely for kids. Didn’t experience the pony ride. Will come again if going to Huizhou.

Coming from Shenzhen, the gate guard is very strict. Fortunately, I called the business in advance and did the nucleic acid test, otherwise I wouldn't be able to come in for 48 hours. We live on the 13th floor of 9 buildings, and we have an unobstructed view of the sea! The living room is quite large, and I am satisfied that there are two bathrooms. It is inconvenient for other apartment types to not have two bathrooms. The balcony is curved, with a first-class view of the sea! The next day, the children got up late, and after discussing with the merchants, they even delayed check-out. This service must be praised! Xiaojingwan is still very suitable for leisure and vacation, it is also close to Shenzhen, and will come again to play.

I added their contact via WeChat immediately after the booking. Communication (in mandarin) was smooth n responsive. Great customer service provided with clear instructions on check in/out procedures. Adhoc request via WeChat after check in was attended to quite swiftly too. Will definitely book them again.

It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu. The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.
