Location is very good as close to shops and scenic spot. Rooms have nice view of the famous West Lake. Clean and spacious. Value for money.

It is a very nice hotel, very near to west lake, just infront of the west lake east door (dongdamen), it is also beside the walking street of Huizhou commercial pedestrian street, a lot of shopping. The room is big, renovation also new, it was an old hotel took over by a new company. Buffet Breakfast is very nice too. Lobby got free coffee and tea everytime welcome us back.

Very good location. Nice to have evening walk of west lake after dinner since the entrance is just opposite to the hotel

Very bad central air conditioning, the weather is hot and preset warm Aircon which hardly to sleep well. Very bad experience we never attempted previously

The room was very good, and the hygiene and environment were impeccable. The only drawback was that there was no screen projection or online TV. Also, when I checked in, I felt that the front desk clerk had a bit of an attitude.

When you open the door, you will see the beautiful view outside the window. The Pinghu Lake and Fenghu Lake in Huizhou West Lake are beautiful, and the lights are bright at night. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities.

The hotel is in a good location. It is also very close to West Lake East Station. You only need to cross the road once to reach Huizhou West Lake. There is also a commercial street nearby. The breakfast options are very good and the staff are very helpful. This time I booked a city view room with a view of Hejiang Tower. It would be better if we could provide an extra room card. If you want to go downstairs to buy things or enjoy the night view of the West Lake, you need to bring your tired family members with you to get back to the room smoothly.

The price-performance ratio is average, the overall environment is OK, three stars above, four stars below. The service is OK. The hygiene is average, there are cockroaches. The refrigerator is rubbish, not easy to use, it is not for use, it is bought casually to deal with inspections. The air conditioner is rubbish, set to 24, 25, it will blow hot air after a while, it's so hot; set to 23 degrees, the wind is so cold. There are problems, it's worse than the usual hanging machine.

My wife and I stayed in an executive lake view room for 4 nights and we were very satisfied! The room is spacious, the decoration is practical and simple, and has everything you need. The price/performance ratio is very high. It's a very comfortable stay! The location of the hotel is very good. It only takes two minutes to walk to the West Lake. The hotel is on the main road, so taking a taxi is also very convenient! I feel that the hotel has a very considerate service, which is to provide two types of pillows with different softness and hardness, which is good! But my wife still felt that they were a bit too high, so the hotel immediately provided a shorter pillow, which was very considerate! Maybe because of this, the quality of our sleep is good!
